21 E tu dentre todo o povo procura homens capazes, tementes a Deus, homens de verdade, que odeiem a avareza; e põe-nos sobre eles por maiorais de mil, maiorais de cem, maiorais de cinquenta, e maiorais de dez;

22 Para que julguem este povo em todo o tempo; e seja que todo o negócio grave tragam a ti, mas todo o negócio pequeno eles o julguem; assim a ti mesmo te aliviarás da carga, e eles a levarão contigo.

21 Moreover thou shall provide out of all the people able men, such as fear God, men of truth, hating unjust gain, and place such over them, to be rulers of thousands, rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens,

22 and let them judge the people at all seasons. And it shall be, that every great matter they shall bring to thee, but every small matter they shall judge themselves. So shall it be easier for thyself, and they shall bear [the burden
