28 Therefore, receiving an immovable kingdom, we may have grace, through which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and awe.
29 For our God is also a consuming fire.
4 Who will, no, not fear thee, O Lord, and glorify thy name, because thou alone are holy? Because all the nations will come and worship before thee, because thy righteous deeds were made known.
28 And be not afraid of those who kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul. But rather fear him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.
6 And thou shall keep the commandments of LORD thy God, to walk in his ways, and to fear him.
6 and said to the judges, Consider what ye do. For ye judge not for man, but for LORD, and [he is] with you in the judgment.
7 Now therefore let the fear of LORD be upon you. Take heed and do it. For there is no iniquity with LORD our God, nor respect of persons, nor taking of bribes.
1 Having therefore these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from every filthiness of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in fear of God.
16 Better is little with the fear of LORD, than great treasure and trouble with it.
13 [This is] the end of the matter, all has been heard: Fear God, and keep his commandments, for this is the whole of man.
10 The fear of LORD is the beginning of wisdom, and all who act accordingly have a good understanding. His praise endures forever.
8 And LORD said to Satan, Have thou considered my servant Job? For there is none like him on the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one who fears God, and turns away from evil.
7 Who should not fear thee, O King of the nations? For to thee it appertains, inasmuch as among all the wise men of the nations, and in all their royal estate, there is none like thee.
7 For in the multitude of dreams there are vanities, and in many words. But fear thou God.
29 Oh that there were such a heart in them that they would fear me, and keep all my commandments always, that it might be well with them, and with their sons forever!
