8 O taste and see that LORD is good. Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him.
9 O fear LORD, ye his sanctified, for there is no want to those who fear him.
4 The reward of humility [and] the fear of LORD [is] riches and honor and life.
14 Thou shall not curse the deaf, nor put a stumbling block before the blind, but thou shall fear thy God. I am LORD.
4 And I say to you my friends, Be not afraid of those who kill the body, and after these things not having anything more severe to do.
5 But I will show you whom ye should fear. Fear him, who, after killing, has power to cast into hell. Yes, I say to you, fear ye him.
4 Ye shall walk after LORD your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and ye shall serve him, and cling to him.
27 The fear of LORD prolongs days, but the years of the wicked shall be shortened.
17 And ye shall not wrong each other, but thou shall fear thy God, for I am LORD your God.
6 By mercy and truth iniquity is atoned for, and by the fear of LORD men depart from evil.
27 The fear of LORD is a fountain of life, to depart from the snares of death.
7 Now therefore let the fear of LORD be upon you. Take heed and do it. For there is no iniquity with LORD our God, nor respect of persons, nor taking of bribes.
14 Happy is the man who fears always, but he who hardens his heart shall fall into mischief.
33 The fear of LORD is the instruction of wisdom, and before honor [is] humility.
10 The fear of LORD is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy is understanding.
28 And to man he said, Behold, the fear of LORD, that is wisdom, and to depart from evil is understanding.
11 Come, ye children, hearken to me. I will teach you the fear of LORD.
12 What man is he who desires life, and loves [many] days, that he may see good?
13 Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking deceit.
14 Depart from evil, and do good. Seek peace, and pursue it.
10 The fear of LORD is the beginning of wisdom, and all who act accordingly have a good understanding. His praise endures forever.
6 And thou shall keep the commandments of LORD thy God, to walk in his ways, and to fear him.
9 The fear of LORD is clean, enduring forever. The ordinances of LORD are true, [and] righteous altogether.
10 More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold. Sweeter also than honey and the droppings of the honeycomb.
11 Moreover by them thy servant is warned. In keeping them there is great reward.
11 Serve LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling.
35 And if thy brother becomes poor, and his hand fails with thee, then thou shall uphold him; he shall live with thee [as] a stranger and a sojourner.
36 Take thou no interest from him or increase, but fear thy God, that thy brother may live with thee.
