16 For of his fulness we all received, and grace for grace.

3 Lo, children are a heritage of Jehovah;

And the fruit of the womb is his reward.

4 As arrows in the hand of a mighty man,

So are the children of youth.

5 Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them:

They shall not be put to shame,

When they speak with their enemies in the gate.

9 For what thanksgiving can we render again unto God for you, for all the joy wherewith we joy for your sakes before our God;

17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom can be no variation, neither shadow that is cast by turning.

3 I thank my God upon all my remembrance of you,

1 Bless Jehovah, O my soul;

And all that is within me, bless his holy name.

2 Bless Jehovah, O my soul,

And forget not all his benefits:

14 And the women said unto Naomi, Blessed be Jehovah, who hath not left thee this day without a near kinsman; and let his name be famous in Israel. 15 And he shall be unto thee a restorer of life, and a nourisher of thine old age, for thy daughter-in-law, who loveth thee, who is better to thee than seven sons, hath borne him.

6 Children’s children are the crown of old men;

And the glory of children are their fathers.

4 We will not hide them from their children,

Telling to the generation to come the praises of Jehovah,

And his strength, and his wondrous works that he hath done.

28 Ascribe unto Jehovah, ye kindreds of the peoples,

Ascribe unto Jehovah glory and strength;

27 For this child I prayed; and Jehovah hath given me my petition which I asked of him:
