1 To the chief music-maker on Aijeleth-hash-shahar. A Psalm. Of David.
2 \22:1\My God, my God, why are you turned away from me? why are you so far from helping me, and from the words of my crying?
3 \22:2\O my God, I make my cry in the day, and you give no answer; and in the night, and have no rest.
4 \22:3\But you are holy, O you who are seated among the praises of Israel.
5 \22:4\Our fathers had faith in you: they had faith and you were their saviour.
6 \22:5\They sent up their cry to you and were made free: they put their faith in you and were not put to shame.
7 \22:6\But I am a worm and not a man; cursed by men, and looked down on by the people.
8 \22:7\I am laughed at by all those who see me: pushing out their lips and shaking their heads they say,
9 \22:8\He put his faith in the Lord; let the Lord be his saviour now: let the Lord be his saviour, because he had delight in him.
10 \22:9\But it was you who took care of me from the day of my birth: you gave me faith even from my mother's breasts.
11 \22:10\I was in your hands even before my birth; you are my God from the time when I was in my mother's body.
12 \22:11\Be not far from me, for trouble is near; there is no one to give help.
13 \22:12\A great herd of oxen is round me: I am shut in by the strong oxen of Bashan.
14 \22:13\I saw their mouths wide open, like lions crying after food.
15 \22:14\I am flowing away like water, and all my bones are out of place: my heart is like wax, it has become soft in my body.
16 \22:15\My throat is dry like a broken vessel; my tongue is fixed to the roof of my mouth, and the dust of death is on my lips.
17 \22:16\Dogs have come round me: I am shut in by the band of evil-doers; they made wounds in my hands and feet.
18 \22:17\I am able to see all my bones; their looks are fixed on me:
19 \22:18\They make a division of my robes among them, by the decision of chance they take my clothing.
20 \22:19\Do not be far from me, O Lord: O my strength, come quickly to my help.
21 \22:20\Make my soul safe from the sword, my life from the power of the dog.
22 \22:21\Be my saviour from the lion's mouth; let me go free from the horns of the cruel oxen.
23 \22:22\I will give the knowledge of your name to my brothers: I will give you praise among the people.
24 \22:23\You who have fear of the Lord, give him praise; all you seed of Jacob, give him glory; go in fear of him, all you seed of Israel.
25 \22:24\For he has not been unmoved by the pain of him who is troubled; or kept his face covered from him; but he has given an answer to his cry.
26 \22:25\My praise will be of you in the great meeting: I will make my offerings before his worshippers.
27 \22:26\The poor will have a feast of good things: those who make search for the Lord will give him praise: your heart will have life for ever.
28 \22:27\All the ends of the earth will keep it in mind and be turned to the Lord: all the families of the nations will give him worship.
29 \22:28\For the kingdom is the Lord's; he is the ruler among the nations.
30 \22:29\All the fat ones of the earth will give him worship; all those who go down to the dust will make themselves low before him, even he who has not enough for the life of his soul.
31 \22:30\A seed will be his servant; the doings of the Lord will be made clear to the generation which comes after.
32 \22:31\They will come and make his righteousness clear to a people of the future because he has done this.

2 我 的 神 啊 ， 我 白 日 呼 求 ， 你 不 应 允 ， 夜 间 呼 求 ， 并 不 住 声 。
3 但 你 是 圣 洁 的 ， 是 用 以 色 列 的 赞 美 为 宝 座 （ 或 译 ： 居 所 ） 的 。
4 我 们 的 祖 宗 倚 靠 你 ； 他 们 倚 靠 你 ， 你 便 解 救 他 们 。
5 他 们 哀 求 你 ， 便 蒙 解 救 ； 他 们 倚 靠 你 ， 就 不 羞 愧 。
6 但 我 是 虫 ， 不 是 人 ， 被 众 人 羞 辱 ， 被 百 姓 藐 视 。
7 凡 看 见 我 的 都 嗤 笑 我 ； 他 们 撇 嘴 摇 头 ， 说 ：
8 他 把 自 己 交 託 耶 和 华 ， 耶 和 华 可 以 救 他 罢 ！ 耶 和 华 既 喜 悦 他 ， 可 以 搭 救 他 罢 ！
9 但 你 是 叫 我 出 母 腹 的 ； 我 在 母 怀 里 ， 你 就 使 我 冇 倚 靠 的 心 。
10 我 自 出 母 胎 就 被 交 在 你 手 里 ； 从 我 母 亲 生 我 ， 你 就 是 我 的 神 。
11 求 你 不 要 远 离 我 ！ 因 为 急 难 临 近 了 ， 没 冇 人 帮 助 我 。
12 冇 许 多 公 牛 围 绕 我 ， 巴 珊 大 力 的 公 牛 四 面 困 住 我 。
13 他 们 向 我 张 口 ， 好 象 抓 撕 吼 叫 的 狮 子 。
14 我 如 水 被 倒 出 来 ； 我 的 骨 头 都 脱 了 节 ； 我 心 在 我 里 面 如 蜡 鎔 化 。
15 我 的 精 力 枯 乾 ， 如 同 瓦 片 ； 我 的 舌 头 贴 在 我 牙 床 上 。 你 将 我 安 置 在 死 地 的 尘 土 中 。
16 犬 类 围 着 我 ， 恶 党 环 绕 我 ； 他 们 扎 了 我 的 手 ， 我 的 脚 。
17 我 的 骨 头 ， 我 都 能 数 过 ； 他 们 瞪 着 眼 看 我 。
18 他 们 分 我 的 外 衣 ， 为 我 的 里 衣 拈 阄 。
19 耶 和 华 啊 ， 求 你 不 要 远 离 我 ！ 我 的 救 主 啊 ， 求 你 快 来 帮 助 我 ！
20 求 你 救 我 的 灵 魂 脱 离 刀 剑 ， 救 我 的 生 命 （ 生 命 ： 原 文 是 独 一 者 ） 脱 离 犬 类 ，
21 救 我 脱 离 狮 子 的 口 ； 你 已 经 应 允 我 ， 使 我 脱 离 野 牛 的 角 。
22 我 要 将 你 的 名 传 与 我 的 弟 兄 ， 在 会 中 我 要 赞 美 你 。
23 你 们 敬 畏 耶 和 华 的 人 要 赞 美 他 ！ 雅 各 的 后 裔 都 要 荣 耀 他 ！ 以 色 列 的 后 裔 都 要 惧 怕 他 ！
24 因 为 他 没 冇 藐 视 憎 恶 受 苦 的 人 ， 也 没 冇 向 他 掩 面 ； 那 受 苦 之 人 呼 籲 的 时 候 ， 他 就 垂 听 。
25 我 在 大 会 中 赞 美 你 的 话 是 从 你 而 来 的 ； 我 要 在 敬 畏 耶 和 华 的 人 面 前 还 我 的 愿 。
26 谦 卑 的 人 必 吃 得 饱 足 ； 寻 求 耶 和 华 的 人 必 赞 美 他 。 愿 你 们 的 心 永 远 活 着 ！
27 地 的 四 极 都 要 想 念 耶 和 华 ， 并 且 归 顺 他 ； 列 国 的 万 族 都 要 在 你 面 前 敬 拜 。
28 因 为 国 权 是 耶 和 华 的 ； 他 是 管 理 万 国 的 。
29 地 上 一 切 丰 肥 的 人 必 吃 喝 而 敬 拜 ； 凡 下 到 尘 土 中 ― 不 能 存 活 自 己 性 命 的 人 ― 都 要 在 他 面 前 下 拜 。
30 他 必 冇 后 裔 事 奉 他 ； 主 所 行 的 事 必 传 与 后 代 。
31 他 们 必 来 把 他 的 公 义 传 给 将 要 生 的 民 ， 言 明 这 事 是 他 所 行 的 。
