1 A Psalm. A Song at the blessing of the House. Of David.
2 \30:1\I will give you praise and honour, O Lord, because through you I have been lifted up; you have not given my haters cause to be glad over me.
3 \30:2\O Lord my God, I sent up my cry to you, and you have made me well.
4 \30:3\O Lord, you have made my soul come again from the underworld: you have given me life and kept me from going down among the dead.
5 \30:4\Make songs to the Lord, O you saints of his, and give praise to his holy name.
6 \30:5\For his wrath is only for a minute; in his grace there is life; weeping may be for a night, but joy comes in the morning.
7 \30:6\When things went well for me I said, I will never be moved.
8 \30:7\Lord, by your grace you have kept my mountain strong: when your face was turned from me I was troubled.
9 \30:8\My voice went up to you, O Lord; I made my prayer to the Lord.
10 \30:9\What profit is there in my blood if I go down into the underworld? will the dust give you praise, or be a witness to your help?
11 \30:10\Give ear to me, O Lord, and have mercy on me: Lord, be my helper.
12 \30:11\By you my sorrow is turned into dancing; you have taken away my clothing of grief, and given me robes of joy;
13 \30:12\So that my glory may make songs of praise to you and not be quiet. O Lord my God, I will give you praise for ever.
1 （ 大 卫 在 献 殿 的 时 候 ， 作 这 诗 歌 。 ） 耶 和 华 啊 ， 我 要 尊 崇 你 ， 因 为 你 曾 提 拔 我 ， 不 叫 仇 敌 向 我 夸 耀 。
2 耶 和 华 ― 我 的 神 啊 ， 我 曾 呼 求 你 ， 你 医 治 了 我 。
3 耶 和 华 啊 ， 你 曾 把 我 的 灵 魂 从 阴 间 救 上 来 ， 使 我 存 活 ， 不 至 于 下 坑 。
4 耶 和 华 的 圣 民 哪 ， 你 们 要 歌 颂 他 ， 称 赞 他 可 纪 念 的 圣 名 。
5 因 为 ， 他 的 怒 气 不 过 是 转 眼 之 间 ； 他 的 恩 典 乃 是 一 生 之 久 。 一 宿 虽 然 冇 哭 泣 ， 早 晨 便 必 欢 呼 。
6 至 于 我 ， 我 凡 事 平 顺 便 说 ： 我 永 不 动 摇 。
7 耶 和 华 啊 ， 你 曾 施 恩 ， 叫 我 的 江 山 稳 固 ； 你 掩 了 面 ， 我 就 惊 惶 。
8 耶 和 华 啊 ， 我 曾 求 告 你 ； 我 向 耶 和 华 恳 求 ， 说 ：
9 我 被 害 流 血 ， 下 到 坑 中 ， 冇 甚 么 益 处 呢 ？ 尘 土 岂 能 称 赞 你 ， 传 说 你 的 诚 实 么 ？
10 耶 和 华 啊 ， 求 你 应 允 我 ， 怜 恤 我 ！ 耶 和 华 啊 ， 求 你 帮 助 我 ！
11 你 已 将 我 的 哀 哭 变 为 跳 舞 ， 将 我 的 麻 衣 脱 去 ， 给 我 披 上 喜 乐 ，
12 好 叫 我 的 灵 （ 原 文 是 荣 耀 ） 歌 颂 你 ， 并 不 住 声 。 耶 和 华 ― 我 的 神 啊 ， 我 要 称 谢 你 ， 直 到 永 远 ！
