2 \6:1\O Lord, do not be bitter with me in your wrath; do not send punishment on me in the heat of your passion.

3 \6:2\Have mercy on me, O Lord, for I am wasted away: make me well, for even my bones are troubled.

4 \6:3\My soul is in bitter trouble; and you, O Lord, how long?

5 \6:4\Come back, O Lord, make my soul free; O give me salvation because of your mercy.

6 \6:5\For in death there is no memory of you; in the underworld who will give you praise?

7 \6:6\The voice of my sorrow is a weariness to me; all the night I make my bed wet with weeping; it is watered by the drops flowing from my eyes.

8 \6:7\My eyes are wasting away with trouble; they are becoming old because of all those who are against me.

9 \6:8\Go from me, all you workers of evil; for the Lord has given ear to the voice of my weeping.

10 \6:9\The Lord has given ear to my request; the Lord has let my prayer come before him.

11 \6:10\Let all those who are against me be shamed and deeply troubled; let them be turned back and suddenly put to shame.

2 耶 和 华 啊 ， 求 你 可 怜 我 ， 因 为 我 软 弱 。 耶 和 华 啊 ， 求 你 医 治 我 ， 因 为 我 的 骨 头 发 战 。

3 我 心 也 大 大 地 惊 惶 。 耶 和 华 啊 ， 你 要 到 几 时 纔 救 我 呢 ？

4 耶 和 华 啊 ， 求 你 转 回 搭 救 我 ！ 因 你 的 慈 爱 拯 救 我 。

5 因 为 ， 在 死 地 无 人 纪 念 你 ， 在 阴 间 冇 谁 称 谢 你 ？

6 我 因 唉 哼 而 困 乏 ； 我 每 夜 流 泪 ， 把 床 榻 漂 起 ， 把 褥 子 湿 透 。

7 我 因 忧 愁 眼 睛 乾 瘪 ， 又 因 我 一 切 的 敌 人 眼 睛 昏 花 。

8 你 们 一 切 作 孽 的 人 ， 离 幵 我 罢 ！ 因 为 耶 和 华 听 了 我 哀 哭 的 声 音 。

9 耶 和 华 听 了 我 的 恳 求 ； 耶 和 华 必 收 纳 我 的 祷 告 。

10 我 的 一 切 仇 敌 都 必 羞 愧 ， 大 大 惊 惶 ； 他 们 必 要 退 后 ， 忽 然 羞 愧 。
