1 (Un psalm al lui David.) Doamne, cine va locui în cortul Tău? Cine va locui pe muntele Tău cel sfînt?

2 -Cel ce umblă în neprihănire, cel ce face voia lui Dumnezeu, şi spune adevărul din inimă.

3 Acela nu cleveteşte cu limba lui, nu face rău semenului său, şi nu aruncă ocara asupra aproapelui său.

4 El priveşte cu dispreţ pe cel vrednic de dispreţuit, dar cinsteşte pe ceice se tem de Domnul. El nu-şi ia vorba înapoi, dacă face un jurămînt în paguba lui.

5 El nu-şi dă banii cu dobîndă, şi nu ia mită împotriva celui nevinovat. Cel ce se poartă aşa, nu se clatină nici odată.

1 LORD, who shall abide in thy tabernacle? who shall dwell in thy holy hill?

2 He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth in his heart.

3 He that backbiteth not with his tongue, nor doeth evil to his neighbour, nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbour.

4 In whose eyes a vile person is contemned; but he honoureth them that fear the LORD. He that sweareth to his own hurt, and changeth not.

5 He that putteth not out his money to usury, nor taketh reward against the innocent. He that doeth these things shall never be moved.
