1 （ 大 卫 的 诗 。 ） 耶 和 华 啊 ， 求 你 听 我 的 祷 告 ， 留 心 听 我 的 恳 求 ， 凭 你 的 信 实 和 公 义 应 允 我 。

2 求 你 不 要 审 问 仆 人 ； 因 为 在 你 面 前 ， 凡 活 着 的 人 没 冇 一 个 是 义 的 。

3 原 来 仇 敌 逼 迫 我 ， 将 我 打 倒 在 地 ， 使 我 住 在 幽 暗 之 处 ， 象 死 了 许 久 的 人 一 样 。

4 所 以 ， 我 的 灵 在 我 里 面 发 昏 ； 我 的 心 在 我 里 面 悽 惨 。

5 我 追 想 古 时 之 日 ， 思 想 你 的 一 切 作 为 ， 默 念 你 手 的 工 作 。

6 我 向 你 举 手 ； 我 的 心 渴 想 你 ， 如 乾 旱 之 地 盼 雨 一 样 。 （ 细 拉 ）

7 耶 和 华 啊 ， 求 你 速 速 应 允 我 ！ 我 心 神 耗 尽 ！ 不 要 向 我 掩 面 ， 免 得 我 象 那 些 下 坑 的 人 一 样 。

8 求 你 使 我 清 晨 得 听 你 慈 爱 之 言 ， 因 我 倚 靠 你 ； 求 你 使 我 知 道 当 行 的 路 ， 因 我 的 心 仰 望 你 。

9 耶 和 华 啊 ， 求 你 救 我 脱 离 我 的 仇 敌 ！ 我 往 你 那 里 藏 身 。

10 求 你 指 教 我 遵 行 你 的 旨 意 ， 因 你 是 我 的 　 神 。 你 的 灵 本 为 善 ； 求 你 引 我 到 平 坦 之 地 。

11 耶 和 华 啊 ， 求 你 为 你 的 名 将 我 救 活 ， 凭 你 的 公 义 ， 将 我 从 患 难 中 领 出 来 ，

12 凭 你 的 慈 爱 剪 除 我 的 仇 敌 ， 灭 绝 一 切 苦 待 我 的 人 ， 因 我 是 你 的 仆 人 。

1 Hear my prayer, O Jehovah; give ear to my supplications:

In thy faithfulness answer me, and in thy righteousness.

2 And enter not into judgment with thy servant;

For in thy sight no man living is righteous.

3 For the enemy hath persecuted my soul;

He hath smitten my life down to the ground:

He hath made me to dwell in dark places, as those that have been long dead.

4 Therefore is my spirit overwhelmed within me;

My heart within me is desolate.

5 I remember the days of old;

I meditate on all thy doings;

I muse on the work of thy hands.

6 I spread forth my hands unto thee:

My soul thirsteth after thee, as a weary land. [Selah

7 Make haste to answer me, O Jehovah; my spirit faileth:

Hide not thy face from me,

Lest I become like them that go down into the pit.

8 Cause me to hear thy lovingkindness in the morning;

For in thee do I trust:

Cause me to know the way wherein I should walk;

For I lift up my soul unto thee.

9 Deliver me, O Jehovah, from mine enemies:

I flee unto thee to hide me.

10 Teach me to do thy will;

For thou art my God:

Thy Spirit is good;

Lead me in the land of uprightness.

11 Quicken me, O Jehovah, for thy name’s sake:

In thy righteousness bring my soul out of trouble.

12 And in thy lovingkindness cut off mine enemies,

And destroy all them that afflict my soul;

For I am thy servant.
