1 （ 上 行 之 诗 。 ） 以 色 列 当 说 ： 从 我 幼 年 以 来 ， 敌 人 屡 次 苦 害 我 ，

2 从 我 幼 年 以 来 ， 敌 人 屡 次 苦 害 我 ， 却 没 冇 胜 了 我 。

3 如 同 扶 犁 的 在 我 背 上 扶 犁 而 耕 ， 耕 的 犁 沟 甚 长 。

4 耶 和 华 是 公 义 的 ； 他 砍 断 了 恶 人 的 绳 索 。

5 愿 恨 恶 锡 安 的 都 蒙 羞 退 后 ！

6 愿 他 们 象 房 顶 上 的 草 ， 未 长 成 而 枯 乾 ，

7 收 割 的 不 够 一 把 ， 捆 禾 的 也 不 满 怀 。

8 过 路 的 也 不 说 ： 愿 耶 和 华 所 赐 的 福 归 与 你 们 ！ 我 们 奉 耶 和 华 的 名 给 你 们 祝 福 ！

1 Many a time have they afflicted me from my youth, may Israel now say:

2 Many a time have they afflicted me from my youth: yet they have not prevailed against me.

3 The plowers plowed upon my back: they made long their furrows.

4 The LORD is righteous: he hath cut asunder the cords of the wicked.

5 Let them all be confounded and turned back that hate Zion.

6 Let them be as the grass upon the housetops, which withereth afore it groweth up:

7 Wherewith the mower filleth not his hand; nor he that bindeth sheaves his bosom.

8 Neither do they which go by say, The blessing of the LORD be upon you: we bless you in the name of the LORD.
