1 （ 大 卫 的 诗 。 ） 耶 和 华 啊 ， 我 曾 求 告 你 ， 求 你 快 快 临 到 我 这 里 ！ 我 求 告 你 的 时 候 ， 愿 你 留 心 听 我 的 声 音 ！

2 愿 我 的 祷 告 如 香 陈 列 在 你 面 前 ！ 愿 我 举 手 祈 求 ， 如 献 晚 祭 ！

3 耶 和 华 啊 ， 求 你 禁 止 我 的 口 ， 把 守 我 的 嘴 ！

4 求 你 不 叫 我 的 心 偏 向 邪 恶 ， 以 致 我 和 作 孽 的 人 同 行 恶 事 ； 也 不 叫 我 吃 他 们 的 美 食 。

5 任 凭 义 人 击 打 我 ， 这 算 为 仁 慈 ； 任 凭 他 责 备 我 ， 这 算 为 头 上 的 膏 油 ； 我 的 头 不 要 躲 闪 。 正 在 他 们 行 恶 的 时 候 ， 我 仍 要 祈 祷 。

6 他 们 的 审 判 官 被 扔 在 岩 下 ； 众 人 要 听 我 的 话 ， 因 为 这 话 甘 甜 。

7 我 们 的 骨 头 散 在 墓 旁 ， 好 象 人 耕 田 、 刨 地 的 土 块 。

8 主 ― 耶 和 华 啊 ， 我 的 眼 目 仰 望 你 ； 我 投 靠 你 ， 求 你 不 要 将 我 撇 得 孤 苦 ！

9 求 你 保 护 我 脱 离 恶 人 为 我 设 的 网 罗 和 作 孽 之 人 的 圈 套 ！

10 愿 恶 人 落 在 自 己 的 网 里 ， 我 却 得 以 逃 脱 。

1 LORD, I cry unto thee: make haste unto me; give ear unto my voice, when I cry unto thee.

2 Let my prayer be set forth before thee as incense; and the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice.

3 Set a watch, O LORD, before my mouth; keep the door of my lips.

4 Incline not my heart to any evil thing, to practise wicked works with men that work iniquity: and let me not eat of their dainties.

5 Let the righteous smite me; it shall be a kindness: and let him reprove me; it shall be an excellent oil, which shall not break my head: for yet my prayer also shall be in their calamities.

6 When their judges are overthrown in stony places, they shall hear my words; for they are sweet.

7 Our bones are scattered at the grave’s mouth, as when one cutteth and cleaveth wood upon the earth.

8 But mine eyes are unto thee, O GOD the Lord: in thee is my trust; leave not my soul destitute.

9 Keep me from the snares which they have laid for me, and the gins of the workers of iniquity.

10 Let the wicked fall into their own nets, whilst that I withal escape.
