6 Is not this the fast which I have chosen: to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the thongs of the yoke, and to send forth free the crushed, and that ye break every yoke?

6 Ist nicht dieses ein Fasten, an dem ich Gefallen habe: dass man löse die Schlingen der Bosheit, dass man losmache die Knoten des Joches und gewalttätig Behandelte als Freie entlasse, und dass ihr jedes Joch zersprenget?
