6 For *I* am already being poured out, and the time of my release is come.7 I have combated the good combat, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.8 Henceforth the crown of righteousness is laid up for me, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will render to me in that day; but not only to me, but also to all who love his appearing.

6 Car pour moi, je sers déjà de libation, et le moment de mon départ approche.7 J'ai combattu le bon combat, j'ai achevé la course, j'ai gardé la foi.8 Désormais la couronne de justice m'est réservée; le Seigneur, le juste juge, me la donnera dans ce jour-là, et non seulement à moi, mais encore à tous ceux qui auront aimé son avènement.
