12 Jehovah of hosts, blessed is the man that confideth in thee!
5 Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him.
5 Confide in Jehovah with all thy heart, and lean not unto thine own intelligence;
3 In the day that I am afraid, I will confide in thee.
7 Some make mention of chariots, and some of horses, but we of the name of Jehovah our God.
1 [Shiggaion of David, which he sang to Jehovah, concerning the words of Cush the Benjaminite.] Jehovah my God, in thee have I trusted: save me from all my pursuers, and deliver me;
8 But I say to you, Whosoever shall confess me before men, the Son of man will confess him also before the angels of God;
9 but he that shall have denied me before men shall be denied before the angels of God;
10 and whoever shall say a word against the Son of man it shall be forgiven him; but to him that speaks injuriously against the Holy Spirit it shall not be forgiven.
4 Our fathers confided in thee: they confided, and thou didst deliver them.
3 Thou wilt keep in perfect peace the mind stayed {on thee}, for he confideth in thee.
1 [A Song of degrees.] They that confide in Jehovah are as mount Zion, which cannot be moved; it abideth for ever.
2 I say of Jehovah, My refuge and my fortress; my God, I will confide in him.
6 Even as Abraham believed God, and it was reckoned to him as righteousness.
7 Know then that they that are on the principle of faith, these are Abraham's sons;
8 and the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the nations on the principle of faith, announced beforehand the glad tidings to Abraham: In thee all the nations shall be blessed.
9 So that they who are on the principle of faith are blessed with believing Abraham.
5 As for me, I have confided in thy loving-kindness; my heart shall be joyful in thy salvation.
15 Behold, if he slay me, yet would I trust in him; but I will defend mine own ways before him.
9 Have I not commanded thee: Be strong and courageous? Be not afraid, neither be dismayed; for Jehovah thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.
4 And such confidence have we through the Christ towards God:
5 not that we are competent of ourselves to think anything as of ourselves, but our competency {is} of God;
6 who has also made us competent, {as} ministers of {the} new covenant; not of letter, but of spirit. For the letter kills, but the Spirit quickens.
10 for, for this we labour and suffer reproach, because we hope in a living God, who is preserver of all men, specially of those that believe.
7 He shall not be afraid of evil tidings; his heart is fixed confiding in Jehovah;
10 Who is among you that feareth Jehovah, that hearkeneth to the voice of his servant? he that walketh in darkness, and hath no light, -let him confide in the name of Jehovah, and stay himself upon his God.
7 Jehovah is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him.
2 Jehovah is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my *God, my rock, in whom I will trust; my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower.
4 For the word of Jehovah is right, and all his work is in faithfulness.
5 He loveth righteousness and judgment: the earth is full of the loving-kindness of Jehovah.
6 By the word of Jehovah were the heavens made, and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth.
10 Many sorrows hath the wicked; but he that confideth in Jehovah, loving-kindness shall encompass him.
2 Behold, *God is my salvation: I will trust, and not be afraid; for Jah, Jehovah, is my strength and song, and he is become my salvation.
4 Confide ye in Jehovah for ever; for in Jah, Jehovah, is the rock of ages.
1 Let not your heart be troubled; ye believe on God, believe also on me.
8 Confide in him at all times, ye people; pour out your heart before him: God is our refuge. Selah.
8 It is better to trust in Jehovah than to put confidence in man;
10 And they that know thy name will confide in thee; for thou, Jehovah, hast not forsaken them that seek thee.
7 In the day of my distress I will call upon thee, for thou wilt answer me.
31 As for *God, his way is perfect; The word of Jehovah is tried: He is a shield to all that trust in him.
5 Commit thy way unto Jehovah, and rely upon him: he will bring {it} to pass;
5 For thou art my hope, O Lord Jehovah, my confidence from my youth.
