4 Love is patient, love is kind; love does not envy; love does not boast, is not arrogant;
5 does not behave disgracefully, does not seek its own, is not provoked to anger, thinks no evil;
6 does not rejoice over unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth;
7 bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
28 So husbands ought to love their own wives as their own bodies; he that loves his own wife loves himself.
29 For no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as also the Lord does the church.
10 Now to those who have married I command, yet not I, but the Lord: A wife is not to be separated from her husband-
11 and even if she does separate, let her remain unmarried or be reconciled to her husband-and a husband is not to divorce his wife.
25 Husbands, love your own wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her,
25 Therefore, having put off falsehood, "Let each one speak truth with his neighbor,"for we are members of one another.
14 But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection.
15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful.
3 doing nothing according to selfish ambition or conceit, but with humility, regarding one another as being better than yourselves.
4 Let each of you look out not only for his own concerns, but also for the concerns of others.
31 Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and blasphemy be removed from you, with all malice.
32 And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as also God in Christ forgave us.
33 Nevertheless you also individually, let each one love his own wife as himself, and let the wife see that she respect her husband.
3 Let the husband render to his wife the affection due her, and likewise also the wife to her husband.
4 The wife does not have authority over her own body, but the husband [does]. And likewise the husband does not have authority over his own body, but the wife [does].
5 Do not deprive one another, except by mutual agreement, [and that] for a season, so that you may devote yourselves to fasting and prayer; and come together again, lest Satan tempt you because of your lack of self-control.
4 Marriage is honorable among all, and the bed undefiled; but fornicators and adulterers God will judge.
29 Let no corrupt word proceed from your mouth, but only what is good for edification, that it may give grace to them that hear.
6 So then, they are no longer two but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let not man separate."
18 Wives, subject yourselves to your own husbands, as is fitting in the Lord.
19 Husbands, love your wives and do not be bitter toward them.
8 And above all things have fervent love for one another, because "love will cover a multitude of sins."
26 "Be angry, and do not sin": do not let the sun set on your anger,
27 nor give opportunity to the devil.
15 See that no one pays back evil for evil to anyone, but always pursue that which is good, both for one another and for all.
12 Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, put on hearts of compassion, kindness, humility, meekness, patience;
13 forbearing one another and forgiving yourselves, if anyone should have a complaint against any; just as Christ forgave you, so you also [do].
