24 "Therefore, everyone who hears these words of Mine and does them, I will compare him to a wise man who built his house upon the rock:
16 All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness,
17 that the man of God may be proficient, having been thoroughly equipped for every good work.
17 Let the elders having ruled well be counted worthy of double honor, especially those who labor in the word and doctrine.
18 For the Scripture says, "You shall not muzzle an ox threshing [grain],"and, "The worker is worthy of his wages."
16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
4 For as many things as were previously written, were written for our own instruction, that through the patience and through the encouragement of the Scriptures we may have hope.
9 Everyone who transgresses and does not abide in the doctrine of Christ does not have God. He who abides in the doctrine of Christ, this [one] has both the Father and the Son.
14 But now about the middle of the feast Jesus went up into the temple and began to teach.
15 And the Jews were marveling, saying, "How is this Man learned, since He has not been educated?"
16 Therefore Jesus answered them and said, "My doctrine is not Mine, but His who sent Me.
17 If anyone desires to do His will, he will know about the doctrine, whether it is from God, or whether I am speaking on My own authority.
18 He who speaks from himself is seeking his own glory; but He who seeks the glory of the One who sent Him is true, and no unrighteousness is in Him.
16 But shun profane and empty babblings; for they will advance to more ungodliness.
17 And their word will spread like gangrene; of whom are Hymenaeus and Philetus,
