7 Beloved, let us love one another, because love is of God; and everyone that loves has been born of God and knows God.
8 But if anyone does not provide for his own, and especially for those of his [own] house, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.
15 "And if your brother sins against you, go and show him his fault between you and him alone. If he hears you, you have won your brother.
16 But if he does not hear, take along with you one or two more, so that 'by the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.'
15 "And if your brother sins against you, go and show him his fault between you and him alone. If he hears you, you have won your brother.
16 But if he does not hear, take along with you one or two more, so that 'by the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.'
17 But if he refuses to hear them, tell it to the assembly. But if he refuses even to hear the assembly, let him be to you as a heathen and a tax collector.
18 Assuredly I say to you, whatever you bind on earth shall have been bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall have been loosed in heaven.
19 Again, assuredly I say to you that if two of you agree on earth about anything that they may ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven.
20 For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in their midst."
22 Since you have purified your souls by obedience to the truth through the Spirit in sincere love for the brothers, love one another fervently from a pure heart,
1 Everyone that believes that Jesus is the Christ has been born of God, and everyone that loves Him that begot also loves him that is begotten of Him.
19 speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord,
40 "And the King will answer and say to them, 'Assuredly I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brothers, you did it to Me.'
16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
25 not forsaking the assembling of ourselves, just as is the custom for some, but exhorting [one another], and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.
1 Do not sharply rebuke an older man, but [rather ]exhort him as a father, younger men as brothers,
2 older women as mothers, younger women as sisters, with all purity.
35 For whoever does the will of God is My brother and My sister and mother."
20 If anyone claims, "I love God,"and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen, how is it possible [for him] to love God whom he has not seen?
34 A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; just as I have loved you, that you also love one another.
35 By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another."
10 He who loves his brother abides in the light, and there is no cause for stumbling in him.
35 Thus also My heavenly Father will do to you, if you do not forgive each [one] his brother their trespasses, from your hearts."
