7 It is for discipline [that] you endure; God deals with you as with sons. For what son is there whom a father does not discipline?
8 But if you are without discipline, of which all have become partakers, then you are illegitimate and not sons.
9 Furthermore, we have had human fathers who corrected us, and we respected [them.] Shall we not much more readily be in subjection to the Father of spirits and live?
10 For they indeed disciplined us for a few days, as seemed best to them, but He [disciplines us ]for [our] good, so that we may partake of His holiness.
2 In My Father's house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
13 And whatever you may ask in My name, this I will do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
1 Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! On account of this the world does not know you, because it did not know Him.
1 Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! On account of this the world does not know you, because it did not know Him.
19 For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly awaits the unveiling of the sons of God.
36 Therefore be compassionate, just as your Father also is compassionate.
20 Now to our God and Father be glory forever and ever. Amen.
12 But as many as received Him, He gave them the authority to become children of God, to those who believe in His name;
6 Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
8 "But you, do not be called 'Rabbi'; for One is your Teacher, the Christ, and you are all brothers.
9 Do not call [anyone] on earth your father; for One is your Father, He who is in heaven.
53 Or do you think that I cannot now call upon My Father, and He will furnish Me with more than twelve legions of angels?
14 I wrote to you, fathers, because you have come to know Him[ who is] from the beginning. I wrote to you, young men, because you are strong, and the word of God abides in you, and you have overcome the evil [one].
32 He who did not spare His own Son, but gave Him up on behalf of us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?
18 No one has seen God at any time. The only begotten Son, He who is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared [Him].
4 And fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and admonition of the Lord.
6 But you, whenever you pray, enter into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in secret; and your Father, who sees in secret, will reward you openly.
17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.
15 Do not love the world nor the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
32 Do not fear, little flock, because your Father is well pleased to give to you the kingdom.
11 And which father among you, if his son asks for bread, will he give him a stone? Or [if he asks for] a fish, will he give him a serpent instead of a fish?
12 Or if he asks for an egg, will he give him a scorpion?
13 If you then, being evil, know [how] to give good gifts to your children, by how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him!"
21 He that has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me shall be loved by My Father, and I will love him and will manifest Myself to him."
15 For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again unto fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, "Abba, Father."
16 The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God.
29 Are not two sparrows sold for a copper coin? And not one of them shall fall on the ground apart from the [will] of your Father.
30 But even the hairs of your head are all numbered.
31 Therefore do not fear; you are worth more than many sparrows.
48 You therefore be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect.
13 I am writing to you, fathers, because you have come to know Him[ who is] from the beginning. I am writing to you, young men, because you have overcome the evil [one]. I am writing to you, little children, because you have come to know the Father.
24 Father, I desire that those also whom You gave Me may be with Me where I am, so that they may behold My glory which You gave to Me; because You loved Me before the foundation of the world.
1 Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right.
2 "Honor your father and mother,"which is the first commandment with a promise:
3 "that it may be well with you, and you may live long on the earth."
4 And fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and admonition of the Lord.
28 And I give to them eternal life, and they shall never perish; and no one will snatch them out of My hand.
29 My Father, who has given [them] to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch [them] out of My Father's hand.
30 I and the Father are one."
20 Children, obey your parents in all things, for this is well pleasing in the Lord.
21 Fathers, do not provoke your children, lest they become discouraged.
27 All things have been delivered to Me by My Father, and no one fully knows the Son except the Father, nor does anyone fully know the Father except the Son, and [the one] to whom the Son wills to reveal [Him].
26 Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap, nor do they gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not worth more than they?
17 But you, when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face,
18 so that you do not appear to men [to be] fasting, but to your Father in secret; and your Father, who sees in secret, will reward you.
23 Jesus answered and said to him, "If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and we will make [Our] home with him.
