10 Out of the same mouth come blessings and curses. My brothers, these things ought not to be so.
8 And above all things have fervent love for one another, because "love will cover a multitude of sins."
5 Therefore put to death your members on the earth: fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and greed, which is idolatry.
21 And she shall bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name JESUS, for He shall save His people from their sins."
14 "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.
4 Everyone who practices sin also practices lawlessness, and sin is lawlessness.
11 And have no partnership with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose [them].
12 For it is shameful even to speak of those things being done by them in secret.
45 A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth that which is evil. For out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks.
34 Jesus answered them, "Most assuredly I say to you, that everyone that practices sin is a slave of sin.
4 Pilate then went out again, and said to them, "Behold, I am bringing Him out to you, so that you may know that I find no fault in Him."
5 Then Jesus came out, wearing the crown of thorns and the purple robe. And Pilate said to them, "Behold, the Man!"
6 Therefore, when the chief priests and the attendants saw Him, they cried out, saying, "Crucify, crucify Him!"Pilate said to them, "You take Him and crucify [Him], for I find no fault in Him."
6 If we claim that we have fellowship with Him, and we are walking in the darkness, we are lying, and are not practicing the truth.
9 Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites,
10 nor covetous, nor thieves, nor drunkards, nor abusive people, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.
20 Therefore by works of the law no flesh shall be justified in His sight, for through the law [comes] [the] knowledge of sin.
6 "But whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to stumble, it would be better for him that a huge millstone be hanged on his neck, and he be drowned in the depth of the sea.
15 What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? By no means!
8 He who practices sin is of the devil, for the devil has been sinning from the beginning. For this [reason] the Son of God appeared, that He might destroy the works of the devil.
1 [There is] therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.
2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set me free from the law of sin and of death.
17 Therefore, to him who knows to do good and does not do [it], to him it is sin.
28 so also Christ, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time apart from sin unto salvation, to those who eagerly await Him.
16 Confess your transgressions to one another, and pray for one another, so that you may be healed. The effective prayer of the righteous is very powerful.
23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
24 being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus,
8 If we claim that we have no sin, we are deceiving ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
26 "Be angry, and do not sin": do not let the sun set on your anger,
21 For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.
14 For we know that the law is spiritual, but I am carnal, having been sold under sin.
15 For what I am doing, I do not know. For what I want to do, I do not do; but what I hate, this I do.
16 But if I do what I do not want to do, I agree with the law that [it is] good.
17 But now [it is] no longer I [who] am doing it, but the sin living in me.
4 Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world is constituted an enemy of God.
23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
24 who Himself bore our sins in His body on the tree, in order that having died to sins, we might live unto righteousness-by whose stripes you were healed.
1 Brothers, if a man is overtaken in any trespass, you who are spiritual restore such a person in a spirit of gentleness, looking out for yourself lest you also be tempted.
2 Bear one another's burdens, and thus fulfill the law of Christ.
15 "And if your brother sins against you, go and show him his fault between you and him alone. If he hears you, you have won your brother.
15 "And if your brother sins against you, go and show him his fault between you and him alone. If he hears you, you have won your brother.
1 Brothers, if a man is overtaken in any trespass, you who are spiritual restore such a person in a spirit of gentleness, looking out for yourself lest you also be tempted.
3 But fornication and all uncleanness or covetousness, let it not even be named among you, as is fitting for saints;
3 And why do you look at the speck in your brother's eye, but do not notice the plank in your own eye?
18 We know that everyone begotten of God does not sin; but he that was begotten of God keeps himself, and the evil [one] does not touch him.
8 Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse [your] hands, [you] sinners; and purify [your] hearts, [you] double-minded.
23 For the wages of sin [is] death, but the gift of God [is] eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
23 If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven them; if you retain [the sins] of any, they have been retained."
12 Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts,
13 nor present your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin, but present yourselves to God as being alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God.
14 For sin shall not be master over you, for you are not under law but under grace.
15 What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? By no means!
16 Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves as obedient slaves, you are slaves to whom you obey, whether of sin [resulting] in death, or of obedience [resulting] in righteousness?
17 But thanks be to God, that though you used to be slaves of sin, yet you obeyed from [your] heart that form of doctrine to which you were delivered.
18 And having been freed from sin, you became enslaved to righteousness.
