13 But go and learn what this means: 'I desire mercy and not sacrifice.' For I did not come to call [the ]righteous, but sinners, to repentance."
28 so also Christ, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time apart from sin unto salvation, to those who eagerly await Him.
6 For while we were still weak, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.
18 "Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be betrayed to the chief priests and scribes, and they will condemn Him to death,
19 and they will hand Him over to the Gentiles to mock and to scourge and to crucify. And the third day He shall rise again."
28 And having stripped Him, they put a scarlet robe on Him.
29 When they had twisted a crown of thorns, they put it on His head, and a reed in His right hand. And kneeling before Him, they mocked Him, saying, "Hail, King of the Jews!"
13 nor present your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin, but present yourselves to God as being alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God.
7 But if we are walking in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.
32 He who did not spare His own Son, but gave Him up on behalf of us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?
14 by how much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God, will cleanse your conscience from dead works in order that we might serve the living God?
24 For whoever desires to save his life shall lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake shall save it.
14 who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself a people as [His] own possession, zealous for good works.
13 Greater love has no one than this, that one should lay down his life on behalf of his friends.
45 For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life[ ]a ransom for many."
36 And He said, "Abba, Father, all things are possible to You. Take this cup away from Me; nevertheless, not what I will, but what You [will]."
3 For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures,
4 and that He was buried, and that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures,
46 And Jesus, calling out with a loud voice, said, "Father, 'into Your hands I will commit My spirit.' "And after He said these things, He expired.
2 And walk in love, just as Christ also loved us and gave Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a fragrant aroma.
28 just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life [as ]a ransom for many."
