9 And thou, Salomon my sonne, know thou the God of thy father, and serue him with a perfit heart, and with a willing minde: For the Lord searcheth all hearts, and vnderstandeth all the imaginations of thoughts: if thou seeke him, he will be found of thee, but if thou forsake him, he will cast thee off for euer.
8 It is better to trust in the Lord, then to haue confidence in man. 9 It is better to trust in the Lord, then to haue confidence in princes.
29 But he giueth strength vnto him that fainteth, and vnto him that hath no strength, he encreaseth power. 30 Euen the yong men shall faint, and be wearie, and the yong men shall stumble and fall. 31 But they that waite vpon the Lord, shall renue their strength: they shall lift vp the wings as the eagles: they shall runne, and not be wearie, and they shall walke and not faint.
1 I have bene sought of them that asked not: I was found of them that sought me not: I sayd, Beholde me, beholde me, vnto a nation that called not vpon my Name.
12 The Lord recompense thy worke, and a ful reward be giuen thee of the Lord God of Israel, vnder whose wings thou art come to trust.

The Lord is with you, while ye be with him: and if ye seeke him, he wil be founde of you, but if ye forsake him, he will forsake you. 3 Nowe for a long season Israel hath bene without the true God, and without Priest to teach and without Lawe. 4 But whosoeuer returned in his affliction to the Lord God of Israel, and sought him, he was founde of them. 5 And in that time there was no peace to him, that did goe out and goe in: but great troubles were to all the inhabitants of the earth. 6 For nation was destroyed of nation, and citie of citie: for God troubled them with all aduersitie. 7 Be ye strong therefore, and let not your handes be weake: for your worke shall haue a rewarde. 8 And when Asa heard these wordes, and the prophesie of Obed the Prophet, he was encouraged, and tooke away the abominations out of all the lande of Iudah, and Beniamin, and out of the cities which he had taken of mount Ephraim, and he renued the altar of the Lord, that was before the porche of the Lord. 9 And he gathered all Iudah and Beniamin, and the strangers with them out of Ephraim, and Manasseh, and out of Simeon: for there fell many to him out of Israel, when they sawe that the Lord his God was with him. 10 So they assembled to Ierusalem in the third moneth, in the fifteenth yere of the reigne of Asa. 11 And they offred vnto the Lord the same time of the spoyle, which they had brought, euen seuen hundreth bullockes, and seuen thousande sheepe. 12 And they made a couenant to seeke the Lord God of their fathers, with all their heart, and with all their soule. 13 And whosoeuer will not seeke the Lord God of Israel, shalbe slaine, whether he were small or great, man or woman. 14 And they sware vnto the Lord with a loude voyce, and with shouting and with trumpets, and with cornets. 15 And all Iudah reioyced at the othe: for they had sworne vnto the Lord with all their heart, and sought him with a whole desire, and he was founde of them. And the Lord gaue them rest rounde about. 16 And King Asa deposed Maachah his mother from her regencie, because she had made an idole in a groue: and Asa brake downe her idole, and stamped it, and burnt it at the brooke Kidron. 17 But the hie places were not taken away out of Israel: yet the heart of Asa was perfit all his dayes. 18 Also he brought into the house of God the things that his father had dedicate, and that he had dedicate, siluer, and golde, and vessels. 19 And there was no warre vnto the fiue and thirtieth yeere of the reigne of Asa.

6 And the Spirit of the Lord came vpon him, and he tare him, as one should haue rent a kid, and had nothing in his hand, neither told he his father nor his mother what he had done.
6 Seeke ye the Lord while he may be found: call ye vpon him while he is neere.
6 But without faith it is vnpossible to please him: for he that commeth to God, must beleeue that God is, and that he is a rewarder of them that seeke him.
10 The lyons doe lacke and suffer hunger, but they, which seeke the Lord, shall want nothing that is good.
4 I sought the Lord, and he heard me: yea, he deliuered me out of all my feare.
5 He shall receiue a blessing from the Lord, and righteousnesse from the God of his saluation. 6 This is the generation of them that seeke him, of them that seeke thy face, this is Iaakob. Selah.
10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
29 But if from thence thou shalt seeke the Lord thy God, thou shalt finde him, if thou seeke him with all thine heart, and with all thy soule.
7 For God hath not giuen to vs the Spirite of feare, but of power, and of loue, and of a sound minde.
11 Seeke the Lord and his strength: seeke his face continually.
11 Strengthened with all might through his glorious power, vnto all patience, and long suffering with ioyfulnesse,
13 And ye shall seeke mee and finde mee, because ye shall seeke mee with all your heart.
10 And they that know thy Name, will trust in thee: for thou, Lord, hast not failed them that seeke thee.
6 Seeke ye the Lord while he may be found: call ye vpon him while he is neere.
31 But rather seeke ye after the kingdome of God, and all these things shalbe cast vpon you.
10 And they that know thy Name, will trust in thee: for thou, Lord, hast not failed them that seeke thee.

4 And delite thy selfe in the Lord, and hee shall giue thee thine hearts desire.
9 And I say vnto you, Aske, and it shall be giuen you: seeke, and yee shall finde: knocke, and it shalbe opened vnto you.
13 And ye shall seeke mee and finde mee, because ye shall seeke mee with all your heart.
10 For the Sonne of man is come to seeke, and to saue that which was lost.
14 So shall the knowledge of wisdome be vnto thy soule, if thou finde it, and there shall be an ende, and thine hope shall not be cut off.
4 Seeke the Lord and his strength: seeke his face continually.
22 He that findeth a wife, findeth a good thing, and receiueth fauour of the Lord.
10 With my whole heart haue I sought thee: let me not wander from thy commandements.
28 My soule melteth for heauinesse: raise mee vp according vnto thy worde.
7 Aske, and it shall be giuen you: seeke, and ye shall finde: knocke, and it shall be opened vnto you.
4 For thus saith the Lord vnto the house of Israel, Seeke ye me, and ye shall liue.
6 But without faith it is vnpossible to please him: for he that commeth to God, must beleeue that God is, and that he is a rewarder of them that seeke him.
1 A Psalme of David. When he was in the wildernesse of Judah. O God, thou art my God, earely will I seeke thee: my soule thirsteth for thee: my flesh longeth greatly after thee in a barren and drye land without water.
29 Is not my word euen like a fire, sayeth the Lord? and like an hammer, that breaketh the stone?
2 And he went out to meete Asa, and said vnto him, O Asa, and all Iudah, and Beniamin, heare ye me. The Lord is with you, while ye be with him: and if ye seeke him, he wil be founde of you, but if ye forsake him, he will forsake you.
9 And I say vnto you, Aske, and it shall be giuen you: seeke, and yee shall finde: knocke, and it shalbe opened vnto you. 10 For euery one that asketh, receiueth: and he that seeketh, findeth: and to him that knocketh, it shalbe opened.
4 For thus saith the Lord vnto the house of Israel, Seeke ye me, and ye shall liue.
