24 If thou sleepest, thou shalt not bee afraide, and when thou sleepest, thy sleepe shalbe sweete.

8 And the Lord him selfe doeth go before thee: he will be with thee: he will not faile thee, neither forsake thee: feare not therefore, nor be discomforted.

4 Blessed are they that mourne: for they shall be comforted.

4 One thing haue I desired of the Lord, that I will require, euen that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the dayes of my life, to beholde the beautie of the Lord, and to visite his Temple. 5 For in the time of trouble hee shall hide mee in his Tabernacle: in the secrete place of his pauillion shall he hide me, and set me vp vpon a rocke.

6 Humble your selues therefore vnder the mightie hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time. 7 Cast all your care on him: for he careth for you.

16 Now the same Iesus Christ our Lord; and our God euen the Father which hath loued vs, and hath giuen vs euerlasting consolation and good hope through grace,

11 And setteth vp on hie them that be lowe, that the sorowfull may be exalted to saluation.

1 To all things there is an appointed time, and a time to euery purpose vnder the heauen. 2 A time to bee borne, and a time to die: a time to plant, and a time to plucke vp that which is planted. 3 A time to slay, and a time to heale: a time to breake downe, and a time to builde. 4 A time to weepe, and a time to laugh: a time to mourne, and a time to dance. 5 A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones: a time to embrace, and a time to be farre from embracing. 6 A time to seeke, and a time to lose: a time to keepe, and a time to cast away. 7 A time to rent, and a time to sowe: a time to keepe silence, and a time to speake. 8 A time to loue, and a time to hate: a time of warre, and a time of peace.

22 Ye shall not feare them: for the Lord your God, he shall fight for you.

4 Yea, though I should walke through the valley of the shadowe of death, I will feare no euill: for thou art with me: thy rod and thy staffe, they comfort me.

17 Shew a token of thy goodnes towarde me, that they which hate me, may see it, and be ashamed, because thou, O Lord, hast holpen me and comforted me.

76 I pray thee that thy mercie may comfort me according to thy promise vnto thy seruant.

9 Haue not I commanded thee, saying, Be strong and of a good courage, feare not, nor be discouraged? for I the Lord thy God will be with thee, whithersoeuer thou goest.

9 The Lord also wil be a refuge for the poore, a refuge in due time, euen in affliction.

1 A Psalme of David. The Lord is my light and my saluation, whom shall I feare? the Lord is the strength of my life, of whome shall I be afraide?

5 For thou art mine hope, O Lord God, euen my trust from my youth.
