24 If thou sleepest, thou shalt not bee afraide, and when thou sleepest, thy sleepe shalbe sweete.
8 And the Lord him selfe doeth go before thee: he will be with thee: he will not faile thee, neither forsake thee: feare not therefore, nor be discomforted.
4 Blessed are they that mourne: for they shall be comforted.
4 One thing haue I desired of the Lord, that I will require, euen that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the dayes of my life, to beholde the beautie of the Lord, and to visite his Temple. 5 For in the time of trouble hee shall hide mee in his Tabernacle: in the secrete place of his pauillion shall he hide me, and set me vp vpon a rocke.
6 Humble your selues therefore vnder the mightie hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time. 7 Cast all your care on him: for he careth for you.
16 Now the same Iesus Christ our Lord; and our God euen the Father which hath loued vs, and hath giuen vs euerlasting consolation and good hope through grace,
1 To all things there is an appointed time, and a time to euery purpose vnder the heauen. 2 A time to bee borne, and a time to die: a time to plant, and a time to plucke vp that which is planted. 3 A time to slay, and a time to heale: a time to breake downe, and a time to builde. 4 A time to weepe, and a time to laugh: a time to mourne, and a time to dance. 5 A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones: a time to embrace, and a time to be farre from embracing. 6 A time to seeke, and a time to lose: a time to keepe, and a time to cast away. 7 A time to rent, and a time to sowe: a time to keepe silence, and a time to speake. 8 A time to loue, and a time to hate: a time of warre, and a time of peace.
22 Ye shall not feare them: for the Lord your God, he shall fight for you.
4 Yea, though I should walke through the valley of the shadowe of death, I will feare no euill: for thou art with me: thy rod and thy staffe, they comfort me.
76 I pray thee that thy mercie may comfort me according to thy promise vnto thy seruant.
9 Haue not I commanded thee, saying, Be strong and of a good courage, feare not, nor be discouraged? for I the Lord thy God will be with thee, whithersoeuer thou goest.
9 The Lord also wil be a refuge for the poore, a refuge in due time, euen in affliction.
1 A Psalme of David. The Lord is my light and my saluation, whom shall I feare? the Lord is the strength of my life, of whome shall I be afraide?
11 And setteth vp on hie them that be lowe, that the sorowfull may be exalted to saluation.
17 Shew a token of thy goodnes towarde me, that they which hate me, may see it, and be ashamed, because thou, O Lord, hast holpen me and comforted me.
5 For thou art mine hope, O Lord God, euen my trust from my youth.
