21 Beholde, the Lord thy God hath layde the land before thee: go vp and possesse it, as the Lord the God of thy fathers hath saide vnto thee: feare not, neither be discouraged.
18 And the Lord will deliuer me from euery euil worke, and will preserue me vnto his heauenly kingdome: to whome be praise for euer and euer, Amen.
3 But the Lord is faithfull, which wil stablish you, and keepe you from euill.
28 Come vnto me, all ye that are wearie and laden, and I will ease you.
33 These thinges haue I spoken vnto you, that in me ye might haue peace: in the world ye shall haue affliction, but be of good comfort: I haue ouercome the world.
33 These thinges haue I spoken vnto you, that in me ye might haue peace: in the world ye shall haue affliction, but be of good comfort: I haue ouercome the world.
21 Bee not ouercome of euill, but ouercome euill with goodnesse.

46 And he said vnto them, Why sleepe ye? rise and pray, least ye enter into tentation.
5 Let your conuersation be without couetousnesse, and be content with those things that ye haue, for he hath said,
57 But thankes be vnto God, which hath giuen vs victorie through our Lord Iesus Christ.
37 For with God shall nothing be vnpossible.
3 By an assured purpose wilt thou preserue perfite peace, because they trusted in thee.
4 Litle children, ye are of God, and haue ouercome them: for greater is he that is in you, then he that is in this world.
8 He that comitteth sinne, is of the deuil: for the deuill sinneth from the beginning: for this purpose was made manifest that Sonne of God, that he might loose the workes of the deuil.
9 Reioyce greatly, O daughter Zion: shoute for ioy, O daughter Ierusalem: beholde, thy King commeth vnto thee: he is iust and saued himselfe, poore and riding vpon an asse, and vpon a colt the foale of an asse.
5 And that light shineth in the darkenesse, and the darkenesse comprehended it not.
8 Be sober, and watch: for your aduersarie the deuil as a roaring lyon walketh about, seeking whom he may deuoure: 9 Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren which are in the world. 10 And the God of all grace, which hath called vs vnto his eternall glory by Christ Iesus, after that ye haue suffered a litle, make you perfite, confirme, strengthen and stablish you.
26 Bee angrie, but sinne not: let not the sunne goe downe vpon your wrath, 27 Neither giue place to the deuill.
37 Neuerthelesse, in all these thinges we are more then coquerours through him that loued vs.
21 To him that ouercommeth, will I graunt to sit with me in my throne, euen as I ouercame, and sit with my Father in his throne.
3 Consider therefore him that endured such speaking against of sinners, lest ye should be wearied and faint in your mindes.
10 To whome yee forgiue any thing, I forgiue also: for verely if I forgaue any thing, to whome I forgaue it, for your sakes forgaue I it in the sight of Christ, 11 Lest Satan should circumuent vs: for we are not ignorant of his enterprises.
13 I am able to do al things through the helpe of Christ, which strengtheneth me.
40 And when hee came to the place, hee said to them, Pray, lest ye enter into tentation.
1 A Psalme of David. The Lord is my light and my saluation, whom shall I feare? the Lord is the strength of my life, of whome shall I be afraide?
4 Litle children, ye are of God, and haue ouercome them: for greater is he that is in you, then he that is in this world.
13 There hath no tentation taken you, but such as appertaine to man: and God is faithfull, which will not suffer you to be tempted aboue that you be able, but wil euen giue the issue with the tentation, that ye may be able to beare it.
3 But thou Lord art a buckler for me: my glory, and the lifter vp of mine head.
22 That is, that yee cast off, concerning the conuersation in time past, that olde man, which is corrupt through the deceiueable lustes, 23 And be renued in the spirit of your minde, 24 And put on ye new man, which after God is created vnto righteousnes, and true holines.
12 Fight the good fight of faith: lay holde of eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.
1 Wherefore, let vs also, seeing that we are compassed with so great a cloude of witnesses, cast away euery thing that presseth downe, and the sinne that hangeth so fast on: let vs runne with patience the race that is set before vs,
18 For in that he suffered, and was tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted.
14 Now thankes be vnto God, which alwaies maketh vs to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the sauour of his knowledge by vs in euery place.
9 For they that will be rich, fall into tentation and snares, and into many foolish and noysome lustes, which drowne men in perdition and destruction.
19 Beholde, I giue vnto you power to treade on Serpents, and Scorpions, and ouer all the power of the enemie, and nothing shall hurt you.
10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. 11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the assaultes of the deuil. 12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, and against the worldly gouernours, the princes of the darkenesse of this worlde, against spirituall wickednesses, which are in ye hie places. 13 For this cause take vnto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to resist in the euill day, and hauing finished all things, stand fast. 14 Stand therefore, and your loynes girded about with veritie, and hauing on the brest plate of righteousnesse, 15 And your feete shod with the preparation of the Gospel of peace. 16 Aboue all, take the shielde of faith, wherewith ye may quench all the fierie dartes of the wicked, 17 And take the helmet of saluation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the worde of God.
12 Blessed is ye man, that endureth tentation: for when he is tried, hee shall receiue the crowne of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that loue him. 13 Let no man say when hee is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God can not bee tempted with euill, neither tempteth he any man. 14 But euery man is tempted, when hee is drawen away by his owne concupiscence, and is entised. 15 Then when lust hath conceiued, it bringeth foorth sinne, and sinne when it is finished, bringeth foorth death.
35 Who shall separate vs from the loue of Christ? shall tribulation or anguish, or persecution, or famine, or nakednesse, or perill, or sworde?
28 Also we knowe that all thinges worke together for the best vnto them that loue God, euen to them that are called of his purpose.
25 O Lord, I praie thee, saue now: O Lord, I praie thee nowe giue prosperitie. 26 Blessed be he, that commeth in the Name of the Lord: wee haue blessed you out of the house of the Lord.
21 Bee not ouercome of euill, but ouercome euill with goodnesse.
4 For all that is borne of God, ouercommeth this world: and this is that victorie that hath ouercome this world, euen our faith.
3 For this is the loue of God, that we keepe his commandements: and his commandements are not burdenous. 4 For all that is borne of God, ouercommeth this world: and this is that victorie that hath ouercome this world, euen our faith. 5 Who is it that ouercommeth this world, but he which beleeueth that Iesus is that Sonne of God?
7 Submit your selues to God: resist the deuill, and he will flee from you. 8 Drawe neere to God, and he will drawe neere to you. Clense your handes, ye sinners, and purge your hearts, ye double minded.
5 He that ouercommeth, shalbe clothed in white araye, and I will not put out his name out of the booke of life, but I will confesse his name before my Father, and before his Angels.
4 For ye Lord your God goeth with you, to fight for you against your enemies, and to saue you
6 For I do not trust in my bowe, neither can my sworde saue me. 7 But thou hast saued vs from our aduersaries, and hast put them to confusion that hate vs. 8 Therefore will wee praise God continually, and will confesse thy Name for euer. Selah.
38 Watch ye, and pray, that ye enter not into tentation: the spirite in deede is ready, but the flesh is weake.
8 Be sober, and watch: for your aduersarie the deuil as a roaring lyon walketh about, seeking whom he may deuoure:
10 Cast downe your selues before the Lord, and he will lift you vp.
57 But thankes be vnto God, which hath giuen vs victorie through our Lord Iesus Christ.
12 Litle children, I write vnto you, because your sinnes are forgiuen you for his Names sake. 13 I write vnto you, fathers, because yee haue knowen him that is from the beginning. I write vnto you, yong men, because ye haue ouercome that wicked one. I write vnto you, litle children, because ye haue knowen ye Father. 14 I haue written vnto you, fathers, because ye haue knowen him, that is from the beginning. I haue written vnto you, yong men, because ye are strong, and the worde of God abideth in you, and ye haue ouercome that wicked one. 15 Loue not this world, neither the things that are in this world. If any man loue this world, the loue of the Father is not in him.
5 Who is it that ouercommeth this world, but he which beleeueth that Iesus is that Sonne of God?
15 Knowe yee not, that your bodies are the members of Christ? shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them the members of an harlot? God forbid. 16 Doe ye not knowe, that he which coupleth himselfe with an harlot, is one body? for two, sayeth he, shalbe one flesh. 17 But hee that is ioyned vnto the Lord, is one spirite. 18 Flee fornication: euery sinne that a man doeth, is without the bodie: but hee that committeth fornication, sinneth against his owne bodie. 19 Knowe yee not, that your body is the temple of the holy Ghost, which is in you, whom ye haue of God? and yee are not your owne. 20 For yee are bought for a price: therefore glorifie God in your bodie, and in your spirit: for they are Gods.
16 Then I say, Walke in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfill the lustes of the flesh. 17 For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary one to another, so that ye can not doe the same things that ye would.
21 To him that ouercommeth, will I graunt to sit with me in my throne, euen as I ouercame, and sit with my Father in his throne.
