11 So he said to them,"Whoever divorces his wife and marries another woman commits adultery against her.
12 Andif a womandivorces her husband and marries another man, she commits adultery."
16 So I say, live by the Spirit, and you will never fulfill the desires of the flesh.
17 For what the flesh wants is opposed to the Spirit, and what the Spirit wants is opposed to the flesh. They are opposed to each other, and so you do not do what you want to do.
32 But I say to you, any man who divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, causes her to commit adultery, and whoever marries a divorced woman commits adultery."
18 Any man who divorces his wife and marries another woman commits adultery, and the man who marries a woman divorced from her husband commits adultery."
21 Igave her time to repent, but she refused to repent of her immorality.
22 Look! I am going to throw her into a sickbed. Those who commit adultery with her will also have great suffering, unless they repent of her works.
4 You adulterers! Don't you know that friendship with the world means hostility with God? So whoever wants to be a friend of this world is an enemy of God.
19 Now the works of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity, promiscuity,
20 idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, rivalry, jealously, outbursts of anger, quarrels, conflicts, factions,
21 envy, murder, drunkenness, wild partying, and things like that. I am telling you now, as I have told you in the past, that people who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.
18 Keep on running away from sexual immorality. Any other sin that a person commits is outside his body, but the person who sins sexually sins against his own body.
4 they said to him, "Teacher, this woman has been caught in the very act of adultery.
5 Now in the law, Moses commanded us to stone such women to death. What do you say?"
6 They said this to test him, so that they might have a charge against him. But Jesus bent down and began to write on the ground with his finger.
7 When they persisted in questioning him, he straightened up and said to them,"Let the person among you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone at her."
8 Then he bent down again and continued writing on the ground.
9 When they heard this, they went away one by one, beginning with the oldest, and he was left alone with the woman standing there.
10 Then Jesus stood up and said to her,"Woman, where are your accusers?Hasn't anyone condemned you?"
11 She said, "No one, sir."Then Jesus said,"I don't condemn you either. Go home, and from now on do not sin any more."
4 Let marriage be kept honorable in every way, and the marriage bed undefiled. For God will judge those who commit sexual sins, especially those who commit adultery.
27 "You have heard that it was said, ‘You must not commit adultery.’
28 But I say to you, anyone who stares at a woman with lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.
19 For it is out of the heart that evil thoughts come, as well as murder, adultery, sexual immorality, stealing, false testimony, and slander.
