4 Love is always patient, Love is always kind, Love is never envious Or vaunted up with pride. Nor is she conceited,
5 And never is she rude, Never does she think of self Or ever get annoyed. She never is resentful,
6 Is never glad with sin, But always glad to side with truth, Whene'er the truth should win.
7 She bears up under everything, Believes the best in all, There is no limit to her hope, And never will she fall.
18 Wives, submit yourselves to your husbands, as is fitting in the Lord.
19 Husbands, love your wives, and do not be harsh with them.
26 "Be angry, yet do not sin." Do not let the sun go down on your wrath,
27 and do not give the devil an opportunity to work.
33 But each individual man among you must love his wife as he loves himself; and may the wife fear her husband.
25 Therefore, stripping off falsehood, "let each of us speak the truth to his neighbor," for we are members of one another.
10 To married people I give this command (not really I, but the Lord): A wife must not leave her husband.
11 But if she does leave him, she must remain unmarried or else be reconciled to her husband. Likewise, a husband must not abandon his wife.
6 So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore, what God has joined together, man must never separate."
25 Husbands, love your wives as Christ loved the church and gave himself for it,
28 In the same way, husbands must love their wives as they love their own bodies. A man who loves his wife loves himself.
29 For no one has ever hated his own body, but he nourishes and tenderly cares for it, as Christ does the church.
15 Make sure that no one pays back evil for evil. Instead, always pursue what is good for each other and for everyone else.
12 Therefore, as God's chosen ones, holy and loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience.
13 Put up with one another and forgive each other if anyone has a complaint against another. Just as the Lord has forgiven you, you also should forgive.
14 Above all, clothe yourselves with love, which ties everything together in unity.
15 Let the peace of Christ also rule in your hearts, to which you were called in one body, and be thankful.
3 Do not act out of selfish ambition or conceit, but with humility think of others as being better than yourselves.
4 Do not be concerned about your own interests, but also be concerned about the interests of others.
4 Let marriage be kept honorable in every way, and the marriage bed undefiled. For God will judge those who commit sexual sins, especially those who commit adultery.
8 Above all, continue to love each other deeply, because love covers a multitude of sins.
3 A husband should fulfill his obligation to his wife, and a wife should do the same for her husband.
4 A wife does not have authority over her own body, but her husband does. In the same way, a husband doesn't have authority over his own body, but his wife does.
5 Do not withhold yourselves from each other unless you agree to do so for a set time in order to devote yourselves to prayer. Then you should come together again so that Satan does not tempt you through your lack of self-control.
31 Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, quarreling, and slander be put away from you, along with all hatred.
32 And be kind to one another, compassionate, forgiving one another just as God has forgiven you in Christ.
29 Let no filthy talk come out of your mouths, but only what is good for building up as the need may be. This way you will give grace to those who hear you.
