8 But God demonstrates his love for us by the fact that Christ died for us while we were still sinners.

22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,

3 For this is the love of God: that we keep his commandments; and his commandments are not difficult,

10 Love never does anything that is harmful to its neighbor. Therefore, love is the fulfillment of the law.

8 The person who does not love does not know God, because God is love.

4 Love is always patient, Love is always kind, Love is never envious Or vaunted up with pride. Nor is she conceited,

5 And never is she rude, Never does she think of self Or ever get annoyed. She never is resentful,

6 Is never glad with sin, But always glad to side with truth, Whene'er the truth should win.

7 She bears up under everything, Believes the best in all, There is no limit to her hope, And never will she fall.

8 Love never fails. Now if there are prophecies, they will be done away with. If there are tongues, they will cease. If there is knowledge, it will be done away with.

18 There is no fear where love exists. Rather, perfect love banishes fear, for fear involves punishment, and the person who lives in fear has not been perfected in love.

38 For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor rulers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers,

39 nor anything above, nor anything below, nor anything else in all creation can separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

16 "For this is how God loved the world: He gave his unique Son so that everyone who believes in him might not perish but have eternal life.

34 I am giving you a new commandment to love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another.

35 This is how everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another."
