14 Jesus, however, said,"Let the little children come to me, and stop keeping them away. For the kingdom of heaven belongs to people like these."
1 At that time the disciples came to Jesus and said, "Who, then, is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?"
2 Calling a little child forward, he had him stand among them.
3 Then he said,"Truly I tell you, unless you changeand become like little children, you will never get into the kingdom of heaven.
4 Therefore, whoever humbles himself as this little child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven,
10 "See to it that you do not despise one of these little ones. For I tell you, their angels in heaven always see the face ofmy Father in heaven.
20 Children, obey your parents in everything, for this is pleasing to the Lord.
21 Fathers, do not make your children resentful, lest they become discouraged.
36 Then he took a little child and had him stand among them. He took him in his arms and said to them,
37 "Whoever welcomes a child like this in my name welcomes me, and whoever welcomes me welcomes not me but the one who sent me."
15 But when the high priests and the scribes saw the amazing things that he had done and the children shouting in the temple, "Hosanna to the Son of David," they became furious
16 and asked him, "Do you hear what these people are saying?"Jesus said to them,"Yes! Haven't you ever read, ‘From the mouths of infants and nursing babies you have created praise’?"
15 Truly I tell you, whoever doesn't receive the kingdom of God as a little child will never get into it at all."
16 Then he picked them up in his arms, laid his hands on them, and tenderly blessed them.
1 Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is the right thing to do.
2 "Honor your father and mother." This is a very important commandment with a promise:
3 "So that it may go well for you, and that you may have a long life on the earth."
4 Fathers, do not make your children angry, but bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord.
