24 "Therefore, everyone who hears these words of mine and obeys them is like a wise man who built his house on a rock.
16 All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness,
17 so that the man of God may be complete and thoroughly equipped for every good work.
4 For everything that was written long ago was written for our instruction, so that we might have hope through the endurance and encouragement that the Scriptures give us.
16 However, avoid pointless discussions. For people will become more and more ungodly,
17 and what they say will spread everywhere like gangrene. Hymenaeus and Philetus are like that.
16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you with all richness and wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another with psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, and singing to God with thankfulness in your hearts.
9 Everyone who does not abide in the teaching of Christ but goes beyond it does not have God. The person who abides in the teaching of Christ has both the Father and the Son.
17 Elders who handle their duties well should be considered worthy of double compensation, especially those who work hard at preaching and teaching.
18 For the Scripture says, "You must not muzzle an ox while it is treading out grain," and"A worker deserves his pay."
14 Halfway through the festival, Jesus went up to the temple and began teaching.
15 The Jews were astonished and remarked, "How can this man be so educated when he has never gone to school?"
16 Jesus replied to them,"My teaching is not mine but comes from the one who sent me.
17 If anyone wants to do his will, he will know whether this teaching is from God or whether I am speaking on my own.
18 The one who speaks on his own seeks his own praise. But the one who seeks the praise of him who sent him is true, and there is nothing false in him.
