2 It is he who is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not for ours only, but also for the whole world's.
11 Today your Savior, Christ the Lord, was born in the city of David.
10 This is love: not that we have loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the atoning sacrifice for our sins.
10 For if, while we were enemies, we were reconciled to God through the death of his Son, how much more, having been reconciled, will we be saved by his life!
18 For you know that it was not with perishable things like silver or gold that you have been ransomed from the worthless way of life handed down to you by your ancestors,
19 but with the precious blood of Christ, like that of a lamb without blemish or defect.
9 and, once made perfect, he became the source of eternal salvation for all who obey him,
5 But the angel said to the women, "Stop being afraid! For I know you're looking for Jesus, who was crucified.
6 He is not here. He has been raised, just as he said. Come and see the place where he was lying.
7 In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our offenses, according to the riches of God's grace
20 I no longer live, but Christ lives in me, and the life that I now live in the flesh I live by the faithfulness of the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
15 This is why he is the mediator of a new covenant; so that those who are called may receive the eternal inheritance promised them, since a death has occurred that redeems them from the offenses committed under the first covenant.
2 looking off to Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of the faith, who, in view of the joy set before him endured the cross, despising its shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
23 since all have sinned and continue to fall short of God's glory.
24 By his grace they are justified freely through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus,
22 I have had help from God to this day, and so I stand here to testify to high and low alike, stating only what the prophets and Moses said would happen—
23 that the Christ would suffer and be the first to rise from the dead and would announce light to our people and the Gentiles."
6 In God's own form existed he,And shared with God equality,Deemed nothing needed grasping.
7 Instead, poured out in emptiness,A servant's form did he possess,A mortal man becoming. In human form he chose to be,
8 And lived in all humility,Death on a cross obeying.
25 Therefore, because he always lives to intercede for them, he is able to save completely those who come to God through him.
