5 And he that was seated upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are faithful and true.
50 This [is] my comfort in my affliction; for thy [spoken] word has caused me to live.
6 Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time,
7 casting all your cares upon him, for he cares for you.
1 I love the LORD, because he has heard my voice [and] my supplications.
2 Because he has inclined his ear unto me, therefore I will call upon [him] all of my days.
22 Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee; he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.
4 Blessed [are] those that mourn, for they shall be comforted.
26 But the Comforter, [which is] the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all the things that I have said unto you.
27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you; not as the world gives, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
5 For in the [same] manner that the sufferings of the Christ abound in us, so also our consolation abounds by Christ.
22 And ye now therefore have sorrow; but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and no one shall take your joy from you.
8 And the LORD is he that doth go before thee; he will be with thee; he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee; fear not, neither be dismayed.
17 Therefore if anyone [is] in Christ, [they are] a new creation: old things are passed away; behold, all things are made new.
16 and I will ask the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever,
17 [even] the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive because it does not see him, or know him; but ye know him, for he dwells with you and shall be in you.
18 I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you.
5 For his anger [endures but] a moment; in his will is life; weeping may endure for a night, but joy [comes] in the morning.
24 For he has not despised nor abhorred the affliction of the poor [in spirit]; neither has he hid his face from him, but when he cried unto him, he heard.
9 The LORD also will be a refuge to the humble, a refuge for the time of trouble.
7 The LORD [is] good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; and he knows those that trust in him.
48 I will lift up My hands unto thy commandments, which I have loved, and I will meditate in thy statutes.
49 ZAIN. Remember the word unto thy servant, in which thou hast caused me to wait.
50 This [is] my comfort in my affliction; for thy [spoken] word has caused me to live.
51 The proud have had me greatly in derision; [yet] I have not deviated from thy law.
52 I remembered thy judgments of old, O LORD, and have consoled myself.
11 For I know the thoughts that I think concerning you, said the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you the end that you wait for.
8 Thou tellest my wanderings; put my tears into thy bottle; [are they] not in thy book?
1 To the Overcomer: for the sons of Korah, A Song upon Alamoth. God [is] our refuge and strength, a very present help in tribulation.
20 [Thou] who hast caused me to see great and sore troubles, shalt return and quicken me and shalt bring me up again from the depths of the earth.
21 Thou shalt increase my greatness and comfort me on every side.
4 One [thing] have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life to behold the beauty of the LORD and to enquire in his temple.
5 For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his tabernacle; in the secret of his tent shall he hide me; he shall set me high upon a rock.
