5 Happy [is] the man whose strength [is] in thee, in whose heart [are] thy ways,
7 They go forth in a great multitude; and in order, they shall see God in Zion.
8 And the LORD is he that doth go before thee; he will be with thee; he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee; fear not, neither be dismayed.
47 And all this congregation shall know that the LORD does not save with sword and spear, for the battle [is] the LORD'S, and he will give you into our hands.
7 Be strong and courageous; do not be afraid nor dismayed for the king of Assyria nor for all the multitude that [is] with him, for [there are] more with us than with him.
8 With him [is] an arm of flesh, but with us [is] the LORD our God to help us and to fight our battles. And the people were upheld by the words of Hezekiah, king of Judah.
9 He keeps the feet of his saints, and the wicked perish in darkness, for no man shall prevail by [their own] strength.
8 [It is] better to wait upon the LORD than to wait upon man.
10 One man of you has chased a thousand; for the LORD your God, he [himself] has fought for you, as he has promised you.
15 For the Lord GOD, the Holy One of Israel has said; In returning and rest shall ye be saved; in quietness and in confidence shall be your strength: and ye would not.
5 My soul, rest thou only in God, for my hope [is] from him.
6 Then he answered and spoke unto me, saying, This [is the] word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, said the LORD of the hosts.
1 When thou goest out to battle against thine enemies and seest horses and chariots [and] a people more than thou, do not be afraid of them; for the LORD thy God [is] with thee, who brought thee up out of the land of Egypt.
4 For whatsoever is born of God overcomes the world; and this is the victory that overcomes the world, [even] our faith.
6 And Jonathan said to the young man that bore his armour, Come and let us go over unto the garrison of these uncircumcised; peradventure the LORD will work for us, for it is not difficult for the LORD to save by many or by few.
7 [Mem] He shall not be afraid of evil rumours; [Nun] his heart is fixed, trusting in the LORD.
8 [Samech] His heart [is] established; he shall not be afraid, [Ain] until he sees [his desire] upon his enemies.
5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart and lean not unto thine own understanding.
6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
5 Sustain my steps in thy ways [that] my footsteps not slip.
8 Cause me to hear thy mercy in the morning, for in thee do I trust; cause me to know the way in which I should walk, for I lift up my soul unto thee.
13 And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still and see the saving health of the LORD, which he will bestow on you today; for the Egyptians whom ye have seen today, ye shall never see them again for ever.
14 The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall be still.
1 [A Psalm] of David. Judge me, O LORD, for I have walked in my integrity; I have trusted also in the LORD; [therefore] I shall not slide.
11 Give us help from trouble, for vain [is] the salvation of man.
5 I AM the vine, ye [are] the branches: he that abides in me, and I in him, the same brings forth much fruit; for without me ye can do nothing.
