6 Jesus said unto him, I AM the way, the truth, and the life; no one comes unto the Father, but by me.
13 Like as a father has mercy upon [his] children, [so] the LORD has mercy upon those that fear him.
2 In my Father's house are many dwelling places; if [it were] not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
36 Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.
6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given, and the government is [placed] upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called The Wonderful [One], The Counsellor, The God, The Mighty [One], The Eternal Father, The Prince of Peace.
7 If ye endure chastening, God deals with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father does not chasten?
8 But if ye are without chastisement, of which all [the sons] are partakers, then ye are bastards, and not sons.
9 Furthermore, we have had fathers of our flesh who corrected [us], and we gave [them] reverence; is it not much better to be in subjection to the Father of spirits, and we shall live?
10 For they verily for a few days chastened [us] as it seemed good unto them, but he for [our] profit, that [we] might be partakers of his holiness.
19 For the [earnest] hope of the creatures waits for the manifestation of the sons of God.
11 My son, do not despise the chastening of the LORD; neither be weary of his correction:
12 For the LORD chastens whom he loves and delights in, even as a father to his son.
1 Behold, what charity the Father has given us, that we should be called the sons of God; therefore the world does not know us, because it does not know him.
13 And whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become sons of God, [even] to them that believe on his name,
14 I have written unto you, fathers, that ye have known him [that is] from the beginning. I have written unto you, young men, that ye are strong and the word of God abides in you, and ye have overcome the wicked one.
24 The father of the righteous shall greatly rejoice, and he that begets a wise [child] shall have joy with him.
20 Now unto God and our Father [be] glory for ever and ever. Amen.
8 But, [as for] you, desire not to be called Rabbi, for one is your Master, the Christ; and you are all brothers.
9 And call no one your father upon the earth, for one is your Father, who is in the heavens.
53 Thinkest thou that I cannot now pray to my Father, and he shall presently give me more than twelve legions of angels?
8 But now, O LORD, thou [art] our father; we [are] the clay, and thou our potter; such that we all [are] the work of thy hands.
32 He that did not spare his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not also give us all things with him?
5 A father of the fatherless and a defender of the widows [is] God in his holy habitation.
8 My son, hearken unto the chastening of thy father, and forsake not the law of thy mother:
9 For they [shall be] an increase of grace unto thy head and protection about thy neck.
1 Behold, what charity the Father has given us, that we should be called the sons of God; therefore the world does not know us, because it does not know him.
18 No man has seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he has declared [him].
12 Honour thy father and thy mother that thy days may be lengthened upon the land which the LORD thy God gives thee.
17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness neither shadow of turning.
6 But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy chamber, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father who is in secret; and thy Father who sees in secret shall reward thee openly.
11 If a son shall ask bread of any of you that is a father, will he give him a stone? or if [he ask] a fish, will he for a fish give him a serpent?
12 Or if he shall ask an egg, will he offer him a scorpion?
13 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall [your] heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those that ask him?
4 And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath, but bring them up in the discipline and admonition of the Lord.
13 Like as a father has mercy upon [his] children, [so] the LORD has mercy upon those that fear him.
14 For he knows our frame; he remembers that we [are] dust.
5 The fool despises his father's chastening, but he that regards reproof shall become prudent.
32 Fear not, little flock, for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom.
21 He that has my commandments and keeps them, he it is that loves me; and he that loves me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him and will manifest myself to him.
15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage to be in fear [again], but ye have received the Spirit of adoption [of sons], whereby we cry, Abba, Father.
16 For the same Spirit bears witness unto our spirit that we are sons of God,
15 Love not the world neither the things [that are] in the world. If anyone loves the world, the charity of the Father is not in him.
16 Doubtless thou [art] our father, though Abraham be ignorant of us, and Israel not acknowledge us; thou, O LORD, [art] our father; our everlasting Redeemer is thy name.
11 My son, do not despise the chastening of the LORD; neither be weary of his correction:
12 For the LORD chastens whom he loves and delights in, even as a father to his son.
29 Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? And one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father.
30 But the very hairs of your head are all numbered.
31 Fear ye not, therefore; ye are of more value than many sparrows.
6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given, and the government is [placed] upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called The Wonderful [One], The Counsellor, The God, The Mighty [One], The Eternal Father, The Prince of Peace.
16 The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, neither shall the children be put to death for the fathers; each one shall be put to death for his own sin.
1 Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right.
2 Honour thy father and mother (which is the first commandment with a promise),
3 that it may be well with thee, and thou may live long on the earth.
4 And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath, but bring them up in the discipline and admonition of the Lord.
28 and I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall anyone pluck them out of my hand.
29 My Father, who gave [them to] me, is greater than all; and no one is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.
30 I and [my] Father are one.
19 He who lives, he who lives, even he shall confess thee, as I [do] this day; the father to the sons shall make known thy truth.
24 Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am, that they may behold my clarity, which thou hast given me, for thou hast loved me from before the foundation of the world.
20 Children, obey [your] parents in all things, for this is well pleasing unto the Lord.
21 Fathers, provoke not your children lest they become disheartened.
48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father who is in the heavens is perfect.:
13 I write unto you, fathers, that ye have known him [that is] from the beginning. I write unto you, young men, that ye have overcome the wicked one. I write unto you, little children, that ye have known the Father.
27 All things are delivered unto me of my Father, and no one has known the Son but the Father, neither has anyone known the Father except the Son and [he] unto whom the Son will reveal [him].
3 Behold, sons [are] a heritage of the LORD, [and] the fruit of the womb [is] to be desired.
4 As arrows in the hand of a mighty man, so [are] the young men.
5 Happy [is] the man that has filled his quiver with them: he shall not be ashamed when he speaks with the enemies in the gate.:
26 Behold the fowls of the air, for they sow not, neither do they reap nor gather into barns, yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are ye not much better than they?
17 But thou, when thou dost fast, anoint thine head, and wash thy face
18 that thou appear not unto men to fast, but unto thy Father who is in secret; and thy Father, who sees in secret, shall reward thee openly.
6 Children's children [are] the crown of old men, and the honour of the children [are] their fathers.
20 Whosoever curses his father or his mother, his fire shall be put out in obscure darkness.
23 Jesus answered and said unto him, He who loves me will keep my words, and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him and make our abode with him.
