28 And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence and not be ashamed before him at his coming.
23 And the very God of peace sanctify you completely, that your spirit, soul, and body be preserved whole without reprehension for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
23 Then if any man shall say unto you, Behold, here [is] the Christ, or there, believe [it] not.
24 For there shall arise false Christs and false prophets and shall show great signs and wonders in such a manner that they shall deceive, if possible, the very elect.
25 Behold, I have told you before.
27 And then they shall see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.
21 for then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
22 And if those days were not shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.
11 For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men,
12 teaching us that denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live temperately, righteously, and godly in this present world;
13 waiting for that blessed hope and the glorious appearing of our great God and Saviour Jesus Christ,
14 who gave himself for us that he might redeem us from all iniquity and purify unto himself a people of his own, zealous of good works.
7 so that ye lack nothing in any gift, waiting for the manifestation of our Lord Jesus Christ,
8 who shall also confirm that [ye shall remain] unimpeachable unto the end, in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.
20 He who testifies these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.
20 He who testifies these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.
44 Therefore be ye also ready; the Son of man is to come in the hour that ye think not.
25 Then there shall be signs in the sun and in the moon and in the stars, and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;
26 men's hearts failing them for fear and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth; for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.
27 And then they shall see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.
28 And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up and lift up your heads, for your redemption draws near.
1 Let not your heart be troubled; ye believe in God, believe also in me.
2 In my Father's house are many dwelling places; if [it were] not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and take you unto myself; that where I am, [there] ye may be also.
12 And, behold, I come quickly, and my reward [is] with me, to give each one according as his work shall be.
14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations, and then shall the end come.
29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from the heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken,
30 and then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven, and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with great power and glory.
31 And he shall send his angels with a trumpet and a great voice, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trumpet of God; and the dead in Christ shall rise first;
17 then we who are alive [and] remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air, and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
18 Therefore comfort one another with these words.:
8 I AM the Alpha and the Omega, beginning and end, saith the Lord, who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.
9 But take heed to yourselves, for they shall deliver you up in [the] councils, and in [the] synagogues ye shall be beaten; and ye shall be called before rulers and kings for my sake for a testimony unto them.
10 And the gospel needs to be preached unto all the Gentiles first.
11 who also said, Ye men of Galilee, what do ye stand gazing at [up] into heaven? This same Jesus, who is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.
32 Now learn a parable of the fig tree: When his branch is yet tender and puts forth leaves, ye know that summer [is] nigh;
33 so likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, [even] at the doors.
8 For people shall rise against people and kingdom against kingdom, and there shall be earthquakes in each place, and there shall be famines and troubles: these [shall be] the beginnings of sorrows.
12 And because lawlessness shall abound, the charity of many shall wax cold.
13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
7 But the end of all things is at hand; be ye, therefore, temperate and watch unto prayer.
26 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.
27 And then shall he send his angels and shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth unto the uttermost part of the heaven.
27 For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels, and then he shall reward everyone according to their works.
12 Now the brother shall deliver the brother unto death, and the father the son; and children shall rise up against [their] parents and shall kill them.
13 And ye shall be hated by everyone for my name, but he that shall persevere unto the end, the same shall be saved.
3 And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what [shall be] the sign of thy coming and of the end of the age?
4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no one deceive you.
5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am the Christ, and shall deceive many.
6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars; see that ye be not troubled, for it is necessary that all these things must take place; but the end is not yet.
15 Keep yourselves also from the false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
6 being confident of this very thing, that he who has begun a good work in you will perfect [it] until the day of Jesus Christ
11 and there shall be great earthquakes in different places and famines and pestilences, and there shall be fearful sights and great signs from heaven.
11 Behold, I come quickly; hold fast that which thou hast, that no one take thy crown.
30 And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God with which ye are sealed for the day of redemption.
28 so also the Christ is offered once to take away the sins of many; and unto those that wait for him without sin he shall appear the second time unto saving health.:
24 And let us consider one another to provoke unto charity and unto good works,
25 not forsaking our gathering together, as the manner of some [is], but exhorting [one another] and so much the more, when ye see that day approaching.
9 Then they shall deliver you up to be afflicted and shall kill you, and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake.
10 And then shall many be offended and shall betray one another and shall hate one another.
11 And many false prophets shall rise and shall deceive many.
8 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day before the Lord is as a thousand years, and a thousand years are as one day.
42 Watch therefore, for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.
42 Watch therefore, for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.
10 And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel,
11 who also said, Ye men of Galilee, what do ye stand gazing at [up] into heaven? This same Jesus, who is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.
26 Therefore if they say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert, go not forth; Behold, [he is] in the secret chambers, believe [it] not.
34 And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with excess and drunkenness and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.
35 For as a snare it shall come on all those that dwell on the face of the whole earth.
36 Watch ye therefore and pray always that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass and to stand before the Son of man.
