8 [Cheth] O taste and see that the LORD [is] good; blessed [is] the man [that] shall trust in him.
9 [Teth] O fear the LORD, ye his saints; for those that fear him lack nothing.
14 Thou shalt not curse the deaf, nor put a stumblingblock before the blind, but shalt fear thy God. I [am] the LORD.
27 The fear of the LORD shall prolong days, but the years of the wicked shall be shortened.
6 By mercy and truth iniquity is purged, and by the fear of the LORD [men] depart from evil.
17 Ye shall not therefore oppress one another; but thou shalt fear thy God; for I [am] the LORD your God.
28 And unto man he said, Behold, that the fear of the Lord, [is] wisdom; and to depart from evil [is] understanding.:
7 Therefore, now let the fear of the LORD be upon you; take heed and do [it], for [there is] no iniquity with the LORD our God, nor respect of persons, nor taking of bribes.
4 Riches and honour and life [are] the remuneration of humility and of the fear of the LORD.
4 And I say unto you my friends, Be not afraid of those that kill the body and, after that, have no more that they can do.
5 But I will forewarn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, who, after being killed, has power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him.
4 Ye shall walk after the LORD your God and fear him and keep his commandments and hear his voice, and ye shall serve him and cleave unto him.
11 [Caph] Come, ye children, hearken unto me; I will teach you the fear of the LORD.
12 [Lamed] Who [is] the man that desires life [and] loves [many] days that he may see good?
13 [Mem] Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile.
14 [Nun] Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.
11 Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling.
10 [Resh] The fear of the LORD [is] the beginning of wisdom; [Schin] A good understanding have all those that do [his will]; [Tau] His praise endures for ever.:
33 The fear of the LORD [is] the instruction of wisdom, and before honour [is] humility.:
27 The fear of the LORD [is a] fountain of life, to depart from the snares of death.
9 The fear of the LORD [is] clean, enduring for ever; the rights of the LORD [are] true, they are all just.
10 More to be desired [are they] than gold, than much fine gold; sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.
11 Moreover by them is thy servant warned, [and] in keeping them [there is] great reward.
14 Blessed [is] the man that fears [God] always, but he that hardens his heart shall fall into evil.
10 The fear of the LORD [is] the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the holy [is] understanding.
35 And if thy brother becomes poor and comes unto thee, then thou shalt receive him; as a stranger, or a sojourner, he shall live with thee.
36 Take thou no usury of him, or increase; but thou shalt have the fear of thy God, and thy brother shall live with thee.
6 Keep, therefore, the commandments of the LORD thy God [by] walking in his ways and fearing him.
