9 Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labor.
10 For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falls; for he has not another to help him up.
11 Again, if two lie together, then they have heat: but how can one be warm alone?
12 And if one prevails against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken.
18 And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper suitable for him.
9 You have ravished my heart, my sister, my spouse; you have ravished my heart with one look of your eyes, with one jewel of your necklace.
33 Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife see that she respect her husband.
28 So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loves his wife loves himself.
29 For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourishes and cherishes it, even as the Lord the church:
2 Let him kiss me with the kisses of his mouth: for your love is better than wine.
3 Because of the fragrance of your good ointments your name is as ointment poured forth, therefore do the virgins love you.
14 And above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection.
22 Whosoever finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of the LORD.
5 When a man has taken a new wife, he shall not go out to war, neither shall he be charged with any business: but he shall be free at home one year, and shall bring happiness to his wife whom he has taken.
6 Set me as a seal upon your heart, as a seal upon your arm: for love is as strong as death; jealousy is cruel as the grave: its flames are flames of fire, a most vehement flame.
7 Many waters cannot quench love, neither can the floods drown it: if a man would give all the wealth of his house for love, it would utterly be rejected.
6 Therefore they are no more two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let not man put asunder.
15 And did not he make them one? Yet had he the remnant of the spirit. And why one? That he might seek a godly offspring. Therefore take heed to your spirit, and let none deal treacherously against the wife of his youth.
4 Love suffers long, and is kind; love envies not; love vaunts not itself, is not puffed up,
5 Does not behave itself rudely, seeks not her own, is not easily provoked, keeps no record of evil;
6 Rejoices not in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth;
7 Bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
15 Behold, you are fair, my love; behold, you are fair; you have doves' eyes.
16 Behold, you are handsome, my beloved, yea, pleasant: also our bed is green.
18 Let your fountain be blessed: and rejoice with the wife of your youth.
19 Let her be as the loving deer and graceful doe; let her breasts satisfy you at all times; and be ravished always with her love.
20 And why will you, my son, be infatuated with an immoral woman, and embrace the bosom of a seductress?
22 And from the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.
23 And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.
24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.
