26 He covets greedily all the day long: but the righteous gives and spares not.
41 Watch and pray, that you enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.
1 To the Chief Musician. A maschil, for the Sons of Korah. As the hart pants after the water brooks, so pants my soul after you, O God.
12 All things are lawful unto me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any.
13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For yours is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen.
8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walks about, seeking whom he may devour:
10 For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
16 This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.

17 And the world passes away, and the lust thereof: but he that does the will of God abides forever.
21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
13 There has no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above that you are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that you may be able to bear it.
2 Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband.
1 Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, you who are spiritual, restore such a one in the spirit of meekness; considering yourself, lest you also be tempted.
