But now thus saith the LORD that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine. 2 When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee. 3 For I am the LORD thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour: I gave Egypt for thy ransom, Ethiopia and Seba for thee. 4 Since thou wast precious in my sight, thou hast been honourable, and I have loved thee: therefore will I give men for thee, and people for thy life. 5 Fear not: for I am with thee: I will bring thy seed from the east, and gather thee from the west; 6 I will say to the north, Give up; and to the south, Keep not back: bring my sons from far, and my daughters from the ends of the earth; 7 Even every one that is called by my name: for I have created him for my glory, I have formed him; yea, I have made him. 
Bring forth the blind people that have eyes, and the deaf that have ears. 9 Let all the nations be gathered together, and let the people be assembled: who among them can declare this, and shew us former things? let them bring forth their witnesses, that they may be justified: or let them hear, and say, It is truth. 10 Ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me. 11 I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour. 12 I have declared, and have saved, and I have shewed, when there was no strange god among you: therefore ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, that I am God. 13 Yea, before the day was I am he; and there is none that can deliver out of my hand: I will work, and who shall let it? 
Thus saith the LORD, your redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; For your sake I have sent to Babylon, and have brought down all their nobles, and the Chaldeans, whose cry is in the ships. 15 I am the LORD, your Holy One, the creator of Israel, your King. 16 Thus saith the LORD, which maketh a way in the sea, and a path in the mighty waters; 17 Which bringeth forth the chariot and horse, the army and the power; they shall lie down together, they shall not rise: they are extinct, they are quenched as tow. 
Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old. 19 Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert. 20 The beast of the field shall honour me, the dragons and the owls: because I give waters in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert, to give drink to my people, my chosen. 21 This people have I formed for myself; they shall shew forth my praise. 
But thou hast not called upon me, O Jacob; but thou hast been weary of me, O Israel. 23 Thou hast not brought me the small cattle of thy burnt offerings; neither hast thou honoured me with thy sacrifices. I have not caused thee to serve with an offering, nor wearied thee with incense. 24 Thou hast bought me no sweet cane with money, neither hast thou filled me with the fat of thy sacrifices: but thou hast made me to serve with thy sins, thou hast wearied me with thine iniquities. 25 I, even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins. 26 Put me in remembrance: let us plead together: declare thou, that thou mayest be justified. 27 Thy first father hath sinned, and thy teachers have transgressed against me. 28 Therefore I have profaned the princes of the sanctuary, and have given Jacob to the curse, and Israel to reproaches.

就是所有按着我的名被召的人， 是我为自己的荣耀创造的， 是我所塑造， 所作成的。" 
你要把那些有眼却看不见， 有耳却听不到的人民领出来。 
列国都聚集在一起， 万族都集合起来， 他们中间谁能说明这事呢？谁能把先前的事说给我们听呢？让他们带出自己的见证人来， 好显明自己为义； 让别人听见了， 就说： "这是真的。" 
耶和华说： "你们就是我的见证人， 我所拣选的仆人， 为要使你们知道， 并且相信我， 又明白我就是‘那位’； 在我以前没有神被造出来， 在我以后也必没有。 
唯有我是耶和华； 除我以外， 并没有拯救者。 
我曾预告， 我曾拯救， 我曾说给你们听， 在你们中间没有别的神。"耶和华说： "你们是我的见证人， 我就是 神。 
自头一天以来， 我就是‘那位’； 谁也不能救人脱离我的手； 我要行事， 谁能拦阻呢？" 
你们的救赎主、以色列的圣者、耶和华这样说： "因为你们的缘故， 我已经派人到巴比伦去， 我要使所有的迦勒底人都像难民一样下来， 都坐在他们素来自夸的船下来。 
我就是耶和华， 你们的圣者， 是以色列的创造主、你们的王。" 
耶和华这样说： 他在海中开了一条道， 在大水中辟了一条路； 
他使战车、马匹、军兵和勇士都一同出来， 他们都躺下去， 不能再起来； 他们都灭没， 好像灯火熄灭一样。 
"你们不要怀念先前的事， 也不要思念古时的事。 
"看哪！ 我要作一件新的事； 现在它要发生了， 难道你们还不知道吗？我要在旷野开一条道路， 在荒地开挖江河。 
野地的走兽必尊重我， 野狗和鸵鸟也必这样， 因为我使旷野有水， 使荒地有江河， 好使我拣选的子民有水喝， 
就是我为自己所造的子民， 好使他们述说赞美我的话。 
然而， 雅各啊！ 你并没有呼求我。以色列啊！ 你竟厌烦我。 
作燔祭用的羊， 你没有带来给我； 也没有用你的祭物来尊敬我； 我没有因献供物使你劳累； 也没有因献乳香使你厌烦。 
你没有用银子为我买菖蒲， 也没有用祭物的脂肪使我饱足； 相反地， 你用你的罪使我劳累， 你用你的罪孽使我厌烦。 
"唯有我为自己的缘故， 涂抹你的过犯， 我也不再记念你的罪。 
你可以提醒我， 我们可以一起辩论； 你尽管细说案情， 好使你自显为义。 
你的祖先犯了罪， 你的代表背叛了我。 
所以我要辱没圣所里的领袖， 使雅各遭受毁灭， 使以色列被凌辱。"
