1 LORD, I cry unto thee: make haste unto me; give ear unto my voice, when I cry unto thee.

2 Let my prayer be set forth before thee as incense; and the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice.

3 Set a watch, O LORD, before my mouth; keep the door of my lips.

4 Incline not my heart to any evil thing, to practise wicked works with men that work iniquity: and let me not eat of their dainties.

5 Let the righteous smite me; it shall be a kindness: and let him reprove me; it shall be an excellent oil, which shall not break my head: for yet my prayer also shall be in their calamities.

6 When their judges are overthrown in stony places, they shall hear my words; for they are sweet.

7 Our bones are scattered at the grave’s mouth, as when one cutteth and cleaveth wood upon the earth.

8 But mine eyes are unto thee, O GOD the Lord: in thee is my trust; leave not my soul destitute.

9 Keep me from the snares which they have laid for me, and the gins of the workers of iniquity.

10 Let the wicked fall into their own nets, whilst that I withal escape.

2 愿我的祷告好像香安放在你面前； 愿我的手高举好像献晚祭。

3 耶和华啊！ 求你看守我的口， 把守我的嘴。

4 求你不要容我的心偏向恶事， 免得我和作孽的人一同行恶， 也不要使我吃他们的美食。

5 愿义人击打我， 这是出于慈爱； 愿他责备我， 这是膏我头的膏油， 我的头不会拒绝。我仍要为恶人的恶行祷告。

6 他们的官长被摔在山崖下的时候， 他们就要听我的话， 因为我的话甘美。

7 他们说： "我们的骨头被拋散在墓旁， 好像人犁田锄地时掘起的土块。"

8 主耶和华啊！ 我的眼睛仰望你； 我投靠你， 求你不要使我丧命。

9 求你保护我脱离恶人为我所设的网罗， 和作孽的人的圈套。

10 愿恶人都落在自己的网罗里， 我却得以安然逃脱。
