1 Observe the month of Abib, and keep the passover unto the LORD thy God: for in the month of Abib the LORD thy God brought thee forth out of Egypt by night. 2 Thou shalt therefore sacrifice the passover unto the LORD thy God, of the flock and the herd, in the place which the LORD shall choose to place his name there. 3 Thou shalt eat no leavened bread with it; seven days shalt thou eat unleavened bread therewith, even the bread of affliction; for thou camest forth out of the land of Egypt in haste: that thou mayest remember the day when thou camest forth out of the land of Egypt all the days of thy life. 4 And there shall be no leavened bread seen with thee in all thy coast seven days; neither shall there any thing of the flesh, which thou sacrificedst the first day at even, remain all night until the morning. 5 Thou mayest not sacrifice the passover within any of thy gates, which the LORD thy God giveth thee: 6 But at the place which the LORD thy God shall choose to place his name in, there thou shalt sacrifice the passover at even, at the going down of the sun, at the season that thou camest forth out of Egypt. 7 And thou shalt roast and eat it in the place which the LORD thy God shall choose: and thou shalt turn in the morning, and go unto thy tents. 8 Six days thou shalt eat unleavened bread: and on the seventh day shall be a solemn assembly to the LORD thy God: thou shalt do no work therein.

9 Seven weeks shalt thou number unto thee: begin to number the seven weeks from such time as thou beginnest to put the sickle to the corn. 10 And thou shalt keep the feast of weeks unto the LORD thy God with a tribute of a freewill offering of thine hand, which thou shalt give unto the Lord thy God, according as the LORD thy God hath blessed thee: 11 And thou shalt rejoice before the LORD thy God, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy manservant, and thy maidservant, and the Levite that is within thy gates, and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, that are among you, in the place which the LORD thy God hath chosen to place his name there. 12 And thou shalt remember that thou wast a bondman in Egypt: and thou shalt observe and do these statutes.

13 Thou shalt observe the feast of tabernacles seven days, after that thou hast gathered in thy corn and thy wine: 14 And thou shalt rejoice in thy feast, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy manservant, and thy maidservant, and the Levite, the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, that are within thy gates. 15 Seven days shalt thou keep a solemn feast unto the LORD thy God in the place which the LORD shall choose: because the LORD thy God shall bless thee in all thine increase, and in all the works of thine hands, therefore thou shalt surely rejoice.

16 Three times in a year shall all thy males appear before the LORD thy God in the place which he shall choose; in the feast of unleavened bread, and in the feast of weeks, and in the feast of tabernacles: and they shall not appear before the LORD empty: 17 Every man shall give as he is able, according to the blessing of the LORD thy God which he hath given thee.

18 Judges and officers shalt thou make thee in all thy gates, which the LORD thy God giveth thee, throughout thy tribes: and they shall judge the people with just judgment. 19 Thou shalt not wrest judgment; thou shalt not respect persons, neither take a gift: for a gift doth blind the eyes of the wise, and pervert the words of the righteous. 20 That which is altogether just shalt thou follow, that thou mayest live, and inherit the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.

21 Thou shalt not plant thee a grove of any trees near unto the altar of the LORD thy God, which thou shalt make thee. 22 Neither shalt thou set thee up any image; which the LORD thy God hateth.

1 Observe le mois des épis, et célèbre la Pâque en l'honneur de l'Eternel, ton Dieu; car c'est dans le mois des épis que l'Eternel, ton Dieu, t'a fait sortir d'Egypte, pendant la nuit.

2 Tu sacrifieras la Pâque à l'Eternel, ton Dieu, tes victimes de menu et de gros bétail, dans le lieu que l'Eternel choisira pour y faire résider son nom.

3 Pendant la fête, tu ne mangeras pas du pain levé, mais tu mangeras sept jours des pains sans levain, du pain d'affliction, car c'est avec précipitation que tu es sorti du pays d'Egypte: il en sera ainsi, afin que tu te souviennes toute ta vie du jour où tu es sorti du pays d'Egypte.

4 On ne verra point chez toi de levain, dans toute l'étendue de ton pays, pendant sept jours; et aucune partie des victimes que tu sacrifieras le soir du premier jour ne sera gardée pendant la nuit jusqu'au matin.

5 Tu ne pourras point sacrifier la Pâque dans l'un quelconque des lieux que l'Eternel, ton Dieu, te donne pour demeure;

6 mais c'est dans le lieu que choisira l'Eternel, ton Dieu, pour y faire résider son nom, que tu sacrifieras la Pâque, le soir, au coucher du soleil, à l'époque de ta sortie d'Egypte.

7 Tu feras cuire la victime, et tu la mangeras dans le lieu que choisira l'Eternel, ton Dieu. Et le matin, tu pourras t'en retourner et t'en aller vers tes tentes.

8 Pendant six jours, tu mangeras des pains sans levain; et le septième jour, il y aura une assemblée solennelle en l'honneur de l'Eternel, ton Dieu: tu ne feras aucun ouvrage.

9 Tu compteras sept semaines; dès que la faucille sera mise dans les blés, tu commenceras à compter sept semaines.

10 Puis tu célébreras la fête des semaines, et tu feras des offrandes volontaires, selon les bénédictions que l'Eternel, ton Dieu, t'aura accordées.

11 Tu te réjouiras devant l'Eternel, ton Dieu, dans le lieu que l'Eternel, ton Dieu, choisira pour y faire résider son nom, toi, ton fils et ta fille, ton serviteur et ta servante, le Lévite qui sera dans tes portes, et l'étranger, l'orphelin et la veuve qui seront au milieu de toi.

12 Tu te souviendras que tu as été esclave en Egypte, et tu observeras et mettras ces lois en pratique.

13 Tu célébreras la fête des tabernacles pendant sept jours, quand tu recueilleras le produit de ton aire et de ton pressoir.

14 Tu te réjouiras à cette fête, toi, ton fils et ta fille, ton serviteur et ta servante, et le Lévite, l'étranger, l'orphelin et la veuve qui seront dans tes portes.

15 Tu célébreras la fête pendant sept jours en l'honneur de l'Eternel, ton Dieu, dans le lieu que choisira l'Eternel; car l'Eternel, ton Dieu, te bénira dans toutes tes récoltes et dans tout le travail de tes mains, et tu te livreras entièrement à la joie.

16 Trois fois par année, tous les mâles d'entre vous se présenteront devant l'Eternel, ton Dieu, dans le lieu qu'il choisira: à la fête des pains sans levain, à la fête des semaines, et à la fête des tabernacles. On ne paraîtra point devant l'Eternel les mains vides.

17 Chacun donnera ce qu'il pourra, selon les bénédictions que l'Eternel, ton Dieu, lui aura accordées.

18 Tu établiras des juges et des magistrats dans toutes les villes que l'Eternel, ton Dieu, te donne, selon tes tribus; et ils jugeront le peuple avec justice.

19 Tu ne porteras atteinte à aucun droit, tu n'auras point égard à l'apparence des personnes, et tu ne recevras point de présent, car les présents aveuglent les yeux des sages et corrompent les paroles des justes.

20 Tu suivras ponctuellement la justice, afin que tu vives et que tu possèdes le pays que l'Eternel, ton Dieu, te donne.

21 Tu ne fixeras aucune idole de bois à côté de l'autel que tu élèveras à l'Eternel, ton Dieu.

22 Tu ne dresseras point des statues, qui sont en aversion à l'Eternel, ton Dieu.

1 Osserva il mese di Abib e celebra la Pasqua in onore dell’Eterno, del tuo Dio; poiché, nel mese di bib, l’Eterno, il tuo Dio, ti trasse dall’Egitto, durante la notte.

2 E immolerai la Pasqua all’Eterno, all’Iddio tuo, con vittime de’ tuoi greggi e de’ tuoi armenti, nel luogo che l’Eterno avrà scelto per dimora del suo nome.

3 Non mangerai con queste offerte pane lievitato; per sette giorni mangerai con esse pane azzimo, pane d’afflizione (poiché uscisti in fretta dal paese d’Egitto); affinché tu ti ricordi del giorno che uscisti dal paese d’Egitto, tutto il tempo della tua vita.

4 Non si vegga lievito presso di te, entro tutti i tuoi confini, per sette giorni; e della carne che avrai immolata la sera del primo giorno, nulla se ne serbi durante la notte fino al mattino.

5 Non potrai immolare la Pasqua in una qualunque delle città che l’Eterno, il tuo Dio, ti dà;

6 anzi, immolerai la Pasqua soltanto nel luogo che l’Eterno, il tuo Dio, avrà scelto per dimora del suo nome; la immolerai la sera, al tramontar del sole, nell’ora in cui uscisti dall’Egitto.

7 Farai cuocere la vittima, e la mangerai nel luogo che l’Eterno, il tuo Dio, avrà scelto; e la mattina te ne potrai tornare e andartene alle tue tende.

8 Per sei giorni mangerai pane senza lievito; e il settimo giorno vi sarà una solenne raunanza, in onore dell’Eterno, ch’è l’Iddio tuo; non farai lavoro di sorta.

9 Conterai sette settimane; da quando si metterà la falce nella mèsse comincerai a contare sette settimane;

10 poi celebrerai la festa delle settimane in onore dell’Eterno, del tuo Dio, mediante offerte volontarie, che presenterai nella misura delle benedizioni che avrai ricevute dall’Eterno, ch’è il tuo Dio.

11 E ti rallegrerai in presenza dell’Eterno, del tuo Dio, tu, il tuo figliuolo e la tua figliuola, il tuo servo e la tua serva, il Levita che sarà entro le tue porte, e lo straniero, l’orfano e la vedova che saranno in mezzo a te, nel luogo che l’Eterno, il tuo Dio, avrà scelto per dimora del suo nome.

12 Ti ricorderai che fosti schiavo in Egitto, e osserverai e metterai in pratica queste leggi.

13 Celebrerai la festa delle Capanne per sette giorni, quando avrai raccolto il prodotto della tua aia e del tuo strettoio;

14 e ti rallegrerai in questa tua festa, tu, il tuo figliuolo e la tua figliuola, il tuo servo e la tua serva, e il evita, lo straniero, l’orfano e la vedova che saranno entro le tue porte.

15 Celebrerai la festa per sette giorni in onore dell’Eterno, del tuo Dio, nel luogo che l’Eterno avrà scelto; poiché l’Eterno, il tuo Dio, ti benedirà in tutta la tua raccolta e in tutta l’opera delle tue mani, e tu ti darai interamente alla gioia.

16 Tre volte all’anno ogni tuo maschio si presenterà davanti all’Eterno, al tuo Dio, nel luogo che questi avrà scelto: nella festa de’ pani azzimi, nella festa delle settimane e nella festa delle Capanne; e nessuno i presenterà davanti all’Eterno a mani vuote.

17 Ognuno darà ciò che potrà, secondo le benedizioni che l’Eterno, l’Iddio tuo, t’avrà date.

18 Stabilisciti de’ giudici e dei magistrati in tutte le città che l’Eterno, il tuo Dio, ti dà, tribù per tribù; ed essi giudicheranno il popolo con giusti giudizi.

19 Non pervertirai il diritto, non avrai riguardi personali, e non accetterai donativi, perché il donativo acceca gli occhi de’ savi e corrompe le parole de’ giusti.

20 La giustizia, solo la giustizia seguirai, affinché tu viva e possegga il paese che l’Eterno, il tuo Dio, ti dà.

21 Non pianterai alcun idolo d’Astarte, di qualsivoglia specie di legno, allato all’altare che edificherai all’Eterno, ch’è il tuo Dio;

22 e non erigerai alcuna statua; cosa, che l’Eterno, il tuo Dio, odia.
