1 Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the LORD.
2 Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart.
3 They also do no iniquity: they walk in his ways.
4 Thou hast commanded us to keep thy precepts diligently.
5 O that my ways were directed to keep thy statutes!
6 Then shall I not be ashamed, when I have respect unto all thy commandments.
7 I will praise thee with uprightness of heart, when I shall have learned thy righteous judgments.
8 I will keep thy statutes: O forsake me not utterly.
9 Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word.
10 With my whole heart have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy commandments.
11 Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.
12 Blessed art thou, O LORD: teach me thy statutes.
13 With my lips have I declared all the judgments of thy mouth.
14 I have rejoiced in the way of thy testimonies, as much as in all riches.
15 I will meditate in thy precepts, and have respect unto thy ways.
16 I will delight myself in thy statutes: I will not forget thy word.
17 Deal bountifully with thy servant, that I may live, and keep thy word.
18 Open thou mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law.
19 I am a stranger in the earth: hide not thy commandments from me.
20 My soul breaketh for the longing that it hath unto thy judgments at all times.
21 Thou hast rebuked the proud that are cursed, which do err from thy commandments.
22 Remove from me reproach and contempt; for I have kept thy testimonies.
23 Princes also did sit and speak against me: but thy servant did meditate in thy statutes.
24 Thy testimonies also are my delight and my counsellors.
25 My soul cleaveth unto the dust: quicken thou me according to thy word.
26 I have declared my ways, and thou heardest me: teach me thy statutes.
27 Make me to understand the way of thy precepts: so shall I talk of thy wondrous works.
28 My soul melteth for heaviness: strengthen thou me according unto thy word.
29 Remove from me the way of lying: and grant me thy law graciously.
30 I have chosen the way of truth: thy judgments have I laid before me.
31 I have stuck unto thy testimonies: O LORD, put me not to shame.
32 I will run the way of thy commandments, when thou shalt enlarge my heart.
33 Teach me, O LORD, the way of thy statutes; and I shall keep it unto the end.
34 Give me understanding, and I shall keep thy law; yea, I shall observe it with my whole heart.
35 Make me to go in the path of thy commandments; for therein do I delight.
36 Incline my heart unto thy testimonies, and not to covetousness.
37 Turn away mine eyes from beholding vanity; and quicken thou me in thy way.
38 Stablish thy word unto thy servant, who is devoted to thy fear.
39 Turn away my reproach which I fear: for thy judgments are good.
40 Behold, I have longed after thy precepts: quicken me in thy righteousness.
41 Let thy mercies come also unto me, O LORD, even thy salvation, according to thy word.
42 So shall I have wherewith to answer him that reproacheth me: for I trust in thy word.
43 And take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth; for I have hoped in thy judgments.
44 So shall I keep thy law continually for ever and ever.
45 And I will walk at liberty: for I seek thy precepts.
46 I will speak of thy testimonies also before kings, and will not be ashamed.
47 And I will delight myself in thy commandments, which I have loved.
48 My hands also will I lift up unto thy commandments, which I have loved; and I will meditate in thy statutes.
49 Remember the word unto thy servant, upon which thou hast caused me to hope.
50 This is my comfort in my affliction: for thy word hath quickened me.
51 The proud have had me greatly in derision: yet have I not declined from thy law.
52 I remembered thy judgments of old, O LORD; and have comforted myself.
53 Horror hath taken hold upon me because of the wicked that forsake thy law.
54 Thy statutes have been my songs in the house of my pilgrimage.
55 I have remembered thy name, O LORD, in the night, and have kept thy law.
56 This I had, because I kept thy precepts.
57 Thou art my portion, O LORD: I have said that I would keep thy words.
58 I intreated thy favour with my whole heart: be merciful unto me according to thy word.
59 I thought on my ways, and turned my feet unto thy testimonies.
60 I made haste, and delayed not to keep thy commandments.
61 The bands of the wicked have robbed me: but I have not forgotten thy law.
62 At midnight I will rise to give thanks unto thee because of thy righteous judgments.
63 I am a companion of all them that fear thee, and of them that keep thy precepts.
64 The earth, O LORD, is full of thy mercy: teach me thy statutes.
65 Thou hast dealt well with thy servant, O LORD, according unto thy word.
66 Teach me good judgment and knowledge: for I have believed thy commandments.
67 Before I was afflicted I went astray: but now have I kept thy word.
68 Thou art good, and doest good; teach me thy statutes.
69 The proud have forged a lie against me: but I will keep thy precepts with my whole heart.
70 Their heart is as fat as grease; but I delight in thy law.
71 It is good for me that I have been afflicted; that I might learn thy statutes.
72 The law of thy mouth is better unto me than thousands of gold and silver.
73 Thy hands have made me and fashioned me: give me understanding, that I may learn thy commandments.
74 They that fear thee will be glad when they see me; because I have hoped in thy word.
75 I know, O LORD, that thy judgments are right, and that thou in faithfulness hast afflicted me.
76 Let, I pray thee, thy merciful kindness be for my comfort, according to thy word unto thy servant.
77 Let thy tender mercies come unto me, that I may live: for thy law is my delight.
78 Let the proud be ashamed; for they dealt perversely with me without a cause: but I will meditate in thy precepts.
79 Let those that fear thee turn unto me, and those that have known thy testimonies.
80 Let my heart be sound in thy statutes; that I be not ashamed.
81 My soul fainteth for thy salvation: but I hope in thy word.
82 Mine eyes fail for thy word, saying, When wilt thou comfort me?
83 For I am become like a bottle in the smoke; yet do I not forget thy statutes.
84 How many are the days of thy servant? when wilt thou execute judgment on them that persecute me?
85 The proud have digged pits for me, which are not after thy law.
86 All thy commandments are faithful: they persecute me wrongfully; help thou me.
87 They had almost consumed me upon earth; but I forsook not thy precepts.
88 Quicken me after thy lovingkindness; so shall I keep the testimony of thy mouth.
89 For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven.
90 Thy faithfulness is unto all generations: thou hast established the earth, and it abideth.
91 They continue this day according to thine ordinances: for all are thy servants.
92 Unless thy law had been my delights, I should then have perished in mine affliction.
93 I will never forget thy precepts: for with them thou hast quickened me.
94 I am thine, save me; for I have sought thy precepts.
95 The wicked have waited for me to destroy me: but I will consider thy testimonies.
96 I have seen an end of all perfection: but thy commandment is exceeding broad.
97 O how love I thy law! it is my meditation all the day.
98 Thou through thy commandments hast made me wiser than mine enemies: for they are ever with me.
99 I have more understanding than all my teachers: for thy testimonies are my meditation.
100 I understand more than the ancients, because I keep thy precepts.
101 I have refrained my feet from every evil way, that I might keep thy word.
102 I have not departed from thy judgments: for thou hast taught me.
103 How sweet are thy words unto my taste! yea, sweeter than honey to my mouth!
104 Through thy precepts I get understanding: therefore I hate every false way.
105 Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.
106 I have sworn, and I will perform it, that I will keep thy righteous judgments.
107 I am afflicted very much: quicken me, O LORD, according unto thy word.
108 Accept, I beseech thee, the freewill offerings of my mouth, O LORD, and teach me thy judgments.
109 My soul is continually in my hand: yet do I not forget thy law.
110 The wicked have laid a snare for me: yet I erred not from thy precepts.
111 Thy testimonies have I taken as an heritage for ever: for they are the rejoicing of my heart.
112 I have inclined mine heart to perform thy statutes alway, even unto the end.
113 I hate vain thoughts: but thy law do I love.
114 Thou art my hiding place and my shield: I hope in thy word.
115 Depart from me, ye evildoers: for I will keep the commandments of my God.
116 Uphold me according unto thy word, that I may live: and let me not be ashamed of my hope.
117 Hold thou me up, and I shall be safe: and I will have respect unto thy statutes continually.
118 Thou hast trodden down all them that err from thy statutes: for their deceit is falsehood.
119 Thou puttest away all the wicked of the earth like dross: therefore I love thy testimonies.
120 My flesh trembleth for fear of thee; and I am afraid of thy judgments.
121 I have done judgment and justice: leave me not to mine oppressors.
122 Be surety for thy servant for good: let not the proud oppress me.
123 Mine eyes fail for thy salvation, and for the word of thy righteousness.
124 Deal with thy servant according unto thy mercy, and teach me thy statutes.
125 I am thy servant; give me understanding, that I may know thy testimonies.
126 It is time for thee, LORD, to work: for they have made void thy law.
127 Therefore I love thy commandments above gold; yea, above fine gold.
128 Therefore I esteem all thy precepts concerning all things to be right; and I hate every false way.
129 Thy testimonies are wonderful: therefore doth my soul keep them.
130 The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple.

151 Thou art near, O LORD; and all thy commandments are truth.
152 Concerning thy testimonies, I have known of old that thou hast founded them for ever.
153 Consider mine affliction, and deliver me: for I do not forget thy law.
154 Plead my cause, and deliver me: quicken me according to thy word.
155 Salvation is far from the wicked: for they seek not thy statutes.
156 Great are thy tender mercies, O LORD: quicken me according to thy judgments.
157 Many are my persecutors and mine enemies; yet do I not decline from thy testimonies.
158 I beheld the transgressors, and was grieved; because they kept not thy word.
159 Consider how I love thy precepts: quicken me, O LORD, according to thy lovingkindness.
160 Thy word is true from the beginning: and every one of thy righteous judgments endureth for ever.
161 Princes have persecuted me without a cause: but my heart standeth in awe of thy word.
162 I rejoice at thy word, as one that findeth great spoil.
163 I hate and abhor lying: but thy law do I love.
164 Seven times a day do I praise thee because of thy righteous judgments.
165 Great peace have they which love thy law: and nothing shall offend them.
166 LORD, I have hoped for thy salvation, and done thy commandments.
167 My soul hath kept thy testimonies; and I love them exceedingly.
168 I have kept thy precepts and thy testimonies: for all my ways are before thee.
169 Let my cry come near before thee, O LORD: give me understanding according to thy word.
170 Let my supplication come before thee: deliver me according to thy word.
171 My lips shall utter praise, when thou hast taught me thy statutes.
172 My tongue shall speak of thy word: for all thy commandments are righteousness.
173 Let thine hand help me; for I have chosen thy precepts.
174 I have longed for thy salvation, O LORD; and thy law is my delight.
175 Let my soul live, and it shall praise thee; and let thy judgments help me.
176 I have gone astray like a lost sheep; seek thy servant; for I do not forget thy commandments.
1 Heureux ceux qui sont intègres dans leur voie, Qui marchent selon la loi de l'Eternel!
2 Heureux ceux qui gardent ses préceptes, Qui le cherchent de tout leur coeur,
3 Qui ne commettent point d'iniquité, Et qui marchent dans ses voies!
4 Tu as prescrit tes ordonnances, Pour qu'on les observe avec soin.
5 Puissent mes actions être bien réglées, Afin que je garde tes statuts!
6 Alors je ne rougirai point, A la vue de tous tes commandements.
7 Je te louerai dans la droiture de mon coeur, En apprenant les lois de ta justice.
8 Je veux garder tes statuts: Ne m'abandonne pas entièrement!
9 Comment le jeune homme rendra-t-il pur son sentier? En se dirigeant d'après ta parole.
10 Je te cherche de tout mon coeur: Ne me laisse pas égarer loin de tes commandements!
11 Je serre ta parole dans mon coeur, Afin de ne pas pécher contre toi.
12 Béni sois-tu, ô Eternel! Enseigne-moi tes statuts!
13 De mes lèvres j'énumère Toutes les sentences de ta bouche.
14 Je me réjouis en suivant tes préceptes, Comme si je possédais tous les trésors.
15 Je médite tes ordonnances, J'ai tes sentiers sous les yeux.
16 Je fais mes délices de tes statuts, Je n'oublie point ta parole.
17 Fais du bien à ton serviteur, pour que je vive Et que j'observe ta parole!
18 Ouvre mes yeux, pour que je contemple Les merveilles de ta loi!
19 Je suis un étranger sur la terre: Ne me cache pas tes commandements!
20 Mon âme est brisée par le désir Qui toujours la porte vers tes lois.
21 Tu menaces les orgueilleux, ces maudits, Qui s'égarent loin de tes commandements.
22 Décharge-moi de l'opprobre et du mépris! Car j'observe tes préceptes.
23 Des princes ont beau s'asseoir et parler contre moi, Ton serviteur médite tes statuts.
24 Tes préceptes font mes délices, Ce sont mes conseillers.
25 Mon âme est attachée à la poussière: Rends-moi la vie selon ta parole!
26 Je raconte mes voies, et tu m'exauces: Enseigne-moi tes statuts!
27 Fais-moi comprendre la voie de tes ordonnances, Et je méditerai sur tes merveilles!
28 Mon âme pleure de chagrin: Relève-moi selon ta parole!
29 Eloigne de moi la voie du mensonge, Et accorde-moi la grâce de suivre ta loi!
30 Je choisis la voie de la vérité, Je place tes lois sous mes yeux.
31 Je m'attache à tes préceptes: Eternel, ne me rends point confus!
32 Je cours dans la voie de tes commandements, Car tu élargis mon coeur.
33 Enseigne-moi, Eternel, la voie de tes statuts, pour que je la retienne jusqu'à la fin!
34 Donne-moi l'intelligence, pour que je garde ta loi Et que je l'observe de tout mon coeur!
35 Conduis-moi dans le sentier de tes commandements! Car je l'aime.
36 Incline mon coeur vers tes préceptes, Et non vers le gain!
37 Détourne mes yeux de la vue des choses vaines, Fais-moi vivre dans ta voie!
38 Accomplis envers ton serviteur ta promesse, Qui est pour ceux qui te craignent!
39 Eloigne de moi l'opprobre que je redoute! Car tes jugements sont pleins de bonté.
40 Voici, je désire pratiquer tes ordonnances: Fais-moi vivre dans ta justice!
41 Eternel, que ta miséricorde vienne sur moi, Ton salut selon ta promesse!
42 Et je pourrai répondre à celui qui m'outrage, Car je me confie en ta parole.
43 N'ôte pas entièrement de ma bouche la parole de la vérité! Car j'espère en tes jugements.
44 Je garderai ta loi constamment, A toujours et à perpétuité.
45 Je marcherai au large, Car je recherche tes ordonnances.
46 Je parlerai de tes préceptes devant les rois, Et je ne rougirai point.
47 Je fais mes délices de tes commandements. Je les aime.
48 Je lève mes mains vers tes commandements que j'aime, Et je veux méditer tes statuts.
49 Souviens-toi de ta promesse à ton serviteur, Puisque tu m'as donné l'espérance!
50 C'est ma consolation dans ma misère, Car ta promesse me rend la vie.
51 Des orgueilleux me chargent de railleries; Je ne m'écarte point de ta loi.
52 Je pense à tes jugements d'autrefois, ô Eternel! Et je me console.
53 Une colère ardente me saisit à la vue des méchants Qui abandonnent ta loi.
54 Tes statuts sont le sujet de mes cantiques, Dans la maison où je suis étranger.
55 La nuit je me rappelle ton nom, ô Eternel! Et je garde ta loi.
56 C'est là ce qui m'est propre, Car j'observe tes ordonnances.
57 Ma part, ô Eternel! je le dis, C'est de garder tes paroles.
58 Je t'implore de tout mon coeur: Aie pitié de moi, selon ta promesse!
59 Je réfléchis à mes voies, Et je dirige mes pieds vers tes préceptes.
60 Je me hâte, je ne diffère point D'observer tes commandements.
61 Les pièges des méchants m'environnent; Je n'oublie point ta loi.
62 Au milieu de la nuit je me lève pour te louer, A cause des jugements de ta justice.
63 Je suis l'ami de tous ceux qui te craignent, Et de ceux qui gardent tes ordonnances.
64 La terre, ô Eternel! est pleine de ta bonté; Enseigne-moi tes statuts!
65 Tu fais du bien à ton serviteur, O Eternel! selon ta promesse.
66 Enseigne-moi le bon sens et l'intelligence! Car je crois à tes commandements.
67 Avant d'avoir été humilié, je m'égarais; Maintenant j'observe ta parole.
68 Tu es bon et bienfaisant; Enseigne-moi tes statuts!
69 Des orgueilleux imaginent contre moi des faussetés; Moi, je garde de tout mon coeur tes ordonnances.
70 Leur coeur est insensible comme la graisse; Moi, je fais mes délices de ta loi.
71 Il m'est bon d'être humilié, Afin que j'apprenne tes statuts.
72 Mieux vaut pour moi la loi de ta bouche Que mille objets d'or et d'argent.
73 Tes mains m'ont créé, elles m'ont formé; Donne-moi l'intelligence, pour que j'apprenne tes commandements!
74 Ceux qui te craignent me voient et se réjouissent, Car j'espère en tes promesses.
75 Je sais, ô Eternel! que tes jugements sont justes; C'est par fidélité que tu m'as humilié.
76 Que ta bonté soit ma consolation, Comme tu l'as promis à ton serviteur!
77 Que tes compassions viennent sur moi, pour que je vive! Car ta loi fait mes délices.
78 Qu'ils soient confondus, les orgueilleux qui m'oppriment sans cause! Moi, je médite sur tes ordonnances.
79 Qu'ils reviennent à moi, ceux qui te craignent, Et ceux qui connaissent tes préceptes!
80 Que mon coeur soit sincère dans tes statuts, Afin que je ne sois pas couvert de honte!
81 Mon âme languit après ton salut; J'espère en ta promesse.
82 Mes yeux languissent après ta promesse; Je dis: Quand me consoleras-tu?
83 Car je suis comme une outre dans la fumée; Je n'oublie point tes statuts.
84 Quel est le nombre des jours de ton serviteur? Quand feras-tu justice de ceux qui me persécutent?
85 Des orgueilleux creusent des fosses devant moi; Ils n'agissent point selon ta loi.
86 Tous tes commandements ne sont que fidélité; Ils me persécutent sans cause: secours-moi!
87 Ils ont failli me terrasser et m'anéantir; Et moi, je n'abandonne point tes ordonnances.
88 Rends-moi la vie selon ta bonté, Afin que j'observe les préceptes de ta bouche!
89 A toujours, ô Eternel! Ta parole subsiste dans les cieux.
90 De génération en génération ta fidélité subsiste; Tu as fondé la terre, et elle demeure ferme.
91 C'est d'après tes lois que tout subsiste aujourd'hui, Car toutes choses te sont assujetties.
92 Si ta loi n'eût fait mes délices, J'eusse alors péri dans ma misère.
93 Je n'oublierai jamais tes ordonnances, Car c'est par elles que tu me rends la vie.
94 Je suis à toi: sauve-moi! Car je recherche tes ordonnances.
95 Des méchants m'attendent pour me faire périr; Je suis attentif à tes préceptes.
96 Je vois des bornes à tout ce qui est parfait: Tes commandements n'ont point de limite.
97 Combien j'aime ta loi! Elle est tout le jour l'objet de ma méditation.
98 Tes commandements me rendent plus sage que mes ennemis, Car je les ai toujours avec moi.
99 Je suis plus instruit que tous mes maîtres, Car tes préceptes sont l'objet de ma méditation.
100 J'ai plus d'intelligence que les vieillards, Car j'observe tes ordonnances.
101 Je retiens mon pied loin de tout mauvais chemin, Afin de garder ta parole.
102 Je ne m'écarte pas de tes lois, Car c'est toi qui m'enseignes.
103 Que tes paroles sont douces à mon palais, Plus que le miel à ma bouche!
104 Par tes ordonnances je deviens intelligent, Aussi je hais toute voie de mensonge.
105 Ta parole est une lampe à mes pieds, Et une lumière sur mon sentier.
106 Je jure, et je le tiendrai, D'observer les lois de ta justice.
107 Je suis bien humilié: Eternel, rends-moi la vie selon ta parole!
108 Agrée, ô Eternel! les sentiments que ma bouche exprime, Et enseigne-moi tes lois!
109 Ma vie est continuellement exposée, Et je n'oublie point ta loi.
110 Des méchants me tendent des pièges, Et je ne m'égare pas loin de tes ordonnances.
111 Tes préceptes sont pour toujours mon héritage, Car ils sont la joie de mon coeur.
112 J'incline mon coeur à pratiquer tes statuts, Toujours, jusqu'à la fin.
113 Je hais les hommes indécis, Et j'aime ta loi.
114 Tu es mon asile et mon bouclier; J'espère en ta promesse.
115 Eloignez-vous de moi, méchants, Afin que j'observe les commandements de mon Dieu!
116 Soutiens-moi selon ta promesse, afin que je vive, Et ne me rends point confus dans mon espérance!
117 Sois mon appui, pour que je sois sauvé, Et que je m'occupe sans cesse de tes statuts!
118 Tu méprises tous ceux qui s'écartent de tes statuts, Car leur tromperie est sans effet.
119 Tu enlèves comme de l'écume tous les méchants de la terre; C'est pourquoi j'aime tes préceptes.
120 Ma chair frissonne de l'effroi que tu m'inspires, Et je crains tes jugements.
121 J'observe la loi et la justice: Ne m'abandonne pas à mes oppresseurs!
122 Prends sous ta garantie le bien de ton serviteur, Ne me laisse pas opprimer par des orgueilleux!
123 Mes yeux languissent après ton salut, Et après la promesse de ta justice.
124 Agis envers ton serviteur selon ta bonté, Et enseigne-moi tes statuts!
125 Je suis ton serviteur: donne-moi l'intelligence, Pour que je connaisse tes préceptes!
126 Il est temps que l'Eternel agisse: Ils transgressent ta loi.
127 C'est pourquoi j'aime tes commandements, Plus que l'or et que l'or fin;
128 C'est pourquoi je trouve justes toutes tes ordonnances, Je hais toute voie de mensonge.
129 Tes préceptes sont admirables: Aussi mon âme les observe.
130 La révélation de tes paroles éclaire, Elle donne de l'intelligence aux simples.
131 J'ouvre la bouche et je soupire, Car je suis avide de tes commandements.
132 Tourne vers moi ta face, et aie pitié de moi, Selon ta coutume à l'égard de ceux qui aiment ton nom!
133 Affermis mes pas dans ta parole, Et ne laisse aucune iniquité dominer sur moi!
134 Délivre-moi de l'oppression des hommes, Afin que je garde tes ordonnances!
135 Fais luire ta face sur ton serviteur, Et enseigne-moi tes statuts!
136 Mes yeux répandent des torrents d'eaux, Parce qu'on n'observe point ta loi.
137 Tu es juste, ô Eternel! Et tes jugements sont équitables;
138 Tu fondes tes préceptes sur la justice Et sur la plus grande fidélité.
139 Mon zèle me consume, Parce que mes adversaires oublient tes paroles.
140 Ta parole est entièrement éprouvée, Et ton serviteur l'aime.
141 Je suis petit et méprisé; Je n'oublie point tes ordonnances.
142 Ta justice est une justice éternelle, Et ta loi est la vérité.
143 La détresse et l'angoisse m'atteignent: Tes commandements font mes délices.

160 Le fondement de ta parole est la vérité, Et toutes les lois de ta justice sont éternelles.

4 Tu hai ordinato i tuoi precetti perché siano osservati con cura.
5 Oh siano le mie vie dirette allosservanza dei tuoi statuti!
6 Allora non sarò svergognato quando considererò tutti i tuoi comandamenti.
7 Io ti celebrerò con dirittura di cuore, quando avrò imparato i tuoi giusti decreti.
8 Io osserverò i tuoi statuti, non abbandonarmi del tutto.
9 Come renderà il giovane la sua via pura? Col badare ad essa secondo la tua parola.
10 Io ti ho cercato con tutto il mio cuore; non lasciarmi deviare dai tuoi comandamenti.
11 Io ho riposto la tua parola nel mio cuore per non peccare contro di te.
12 Tu sei benedetto, o Eterno; insegnami i tuoi statuti.
13 Ho raccontato con le mie labbra tutti i giudizi della tua bocca.
14 Io gioisco nella via delle tue testimonianze, come se possedessi tutte le ricchezze.
15 Io mediterò sui tuoi precetti e considerò i tuoi sentieri.
16 Io mi diletterò nei tuoi statuti, non dimenticherò la tua parola.
17 Fa del bene al tuo servitore perché io viva ed osservi la tua parola.
18 Apri gli occhi miei ondio contempli le maraviglie della tua legge.
19 Io sono un forestiero sulla terra; non mi nascondere i tuoi comandamenti.
20 Lanima mia si strugge dalla brama che ha dei tuoi giudizi in ogni tempo.
21 Tu sgridi i superbi, i maledetti, che deviano dai tuoi comandamenti.
22 Togli di sopra a me il vituperio e lo sprezzo, perché io ho osservato le tue testimonianze.
23 Anche quando i principi siedono e parlano contro di me, il tuo servitore medita i tuoi statuti.
24 Sì, le tue testimonianze sono il mio diletto e i miei consiglieri.
25 Lanima mia è attaccata alla polvere; vivificami secondo la tua parola.
26 Io ti ho narrato le mie vie, e tu mhai risposto; insegnami i tuoi statuti.
27 Fammi intendere la via dei tuoi precetti, ed io mediterò le tue maraviglie.
28 Lanima mia, dal dolore, si strugge in lacrime; rialzami secondo la tua parola.
29 Tieni lontana da me la via della menzogna, e, nella tua grazia, fammi intender la tua legge.
30 Io ho scelto la via della fedeltà, mi son posto i tuoi giudizi dinanzi agli occhi.
31 Io mi tengo attaccato alle tue testimonianze; o Eterno, non lasciare che io sia confuso.
32 Io correrò per la via dei tuoi comandamenti, quando mavrai allargato il cuore.
33 Insegnami, o Eterno, la via dei tuoi statuti ed io la seguirò fino alla fine.
34 Dammi intelletto e osserverò la tua legge; la praticherò con tutto il cuore.
35 Conducimi per il sentiero dei tuoi comandamenti, poiché io mi diletto in esso.
36 Inclina il mio cuore alle tue testimonianze e non alla cupidigia.
37 Distogli gli occhi miei dal contemplare la vanità, e vivificami nelle tue vie.
38 Mantieni al tuo servitore la tua parola, che inculca il tuo timore.
39 Rimuovi da me il vituperio chio temo, perché i tuoi giudizi son buoni.
40 Ecco, io bramo i tuoi precetti, vivificami nella tua giustizia.
41 Vengano su me le tue benignità, o Eterno, e la tua salvezza, secondo la tua parola.
42 E avrò di che rispondere a chi mi fa vituperio, perché confido nella tua parola.
43 Non mi toglier del tutto dalla bocca la parola della verità, perché spero nei tuoi giudizi.
44 Ed io osserverò la tua legge del continuo, in sempiterno.
45 E camminerò con libertà, perché ho cercato i tuoi precetti.
46 Parlerò delle tue testimonianze davanti ai re e non sarò svergognato.
47 E mi diletterò nei tuoi comandamenti, i quali io amo.
48 Alzerò le mie mani verso i tuoi comandamenti che amo, e mediterò i tuoi statuti.
49 Ricordati della parola detta al tuo servitore; su di essa mhai fatto sperare.
50 Questo è il mio conforto nella mia afflizione; che la tua parola mi vivifica.
51 I superbi mi cuopron di scherno, ma io non devìo dalla tua legge.
52 Io mi ricordo de tuoi giudizi antichi, o Eterno, e mi consolo.
53 Unira ardente mi prende a motivo degli empi, che abbandonano la tua legge.
54 I tuoi statuti sono i miei cantici, nella casa del mio pellegrinaggio.
55 Io mi ricordo la notte del tuo nome, o Eterno, e osservo la tua legge.
56 Questo bene mi è toccato, di osservare i tuoi precetti.
57 LEterno è la mia parte; ho promesso dosservare le tue parole.
58 Io ho cercato il tuo favore con tutto il cuore: abbi pietà di me, secondo la tua parola.
59 Io ho riflettuto alle mie vie e ho rivolto i miei passi verso le tue testimonianze.
60 Mi sono affrettato, e non ho indugiato ad osservare i tuoi comandamenti.
61 I lacci degli empi mhanno avviluppato, ma io non ho dimenticato la tua legge.
62 A mezzanotte io mi levo per celebrarti a motivo dei tuoi giusti giudizi.
63 Io sono il compagno di tutti quelli che ti temono e di quelli che osservano i tuoi precetti.
64 O Eterno, la terra è piena della tua benignità; insegnami i tuoi statuti.
65 Tu hai fatto del bene al tuo servitore, o Eterno, secondo la tua parola.
66 Dammi buon senno e intelligenza, perché ho creduto nei tuoi comandamenti.
67 Prima che io fossi afflitto, andavo errando; ma ora osservo la tua parola.

70 Il loro cuore è denso come grasso, ma io mi diletto nella tua legge.
71 E stato un bene per me lessere afflitto, ondio imparassi i tuoi statuti.
72 La legge della tua bocca mi val meglio di migliaia di monete doro e dargento.
73 Le tue mani mhanno fatto e formato; dammi intelletto e imparerò i tuoi comandamenti.
74 Quelli che ti temono mi vedranno e si rallegreranno, perché ho sperato nella tua parola.
75 Io so, o Eterno, che i tuoi giudizi son giusti, e che nella tua fedeltà mhai afflitto.
76 Deh, sia la tua benignità il mio conforto, secondo la tua parola detta al tuo servitore.
77 Vengan su me le tue compassioni, ondio viva; perché la tua legge è il mio diletto.
78 Sian contusi i superbi, perché, mentendo, pervertono la mia causa; ma io medito i tuoi precetti.
79 Rivolgansi a me quelli che ti temono e quelli che conoscono le tue testimonianze.
80 Sia il mio cuore integro nei tuoi statuti ondio non sia confuso.
81 Lanima mia vien meno bramando la tua salvezza; io spero nella tua parola.
82 Gli occhi miei vengon meno bramando la tua parola, mentre dico: Quando mi consolerai?
83 Poiché io son divenuto come un otre al fumo; ma non dimentico i tuoi statuti.
84 Quanti sono i giorni del tuo servitore? Quando farai giustizia di quelli che mi perseguitano?
85 I superbi mi hanno scavato delle fosse; essi, che non agiscono secondo la tua legge.
86 Tutti i tuoi comandamenti sono fedeltà; costoro mi perseguitano a torto; soccorrimi!
87 Mi hanno fatto quasi sparire dalla terra; ma io non ho abbandonato i tuoi precetti.
88 Vivificami secondo la tua benignità, ed io osserverò la testimonianza della tua bocca.
89 In perpetuo, o Eterno, la tua parola è stabile nei cieli.
90 La tua fedeltà dura detà in età; tu hai fondato la terra ed essa sussiste.
91 Tutto sussiste anche oggi secondo i tuoi ordini, perché ogni cosa è al tuo servigio.
92 Se la tua legge non fosse stata il mio diletto, sarei già perito nella mia afflizione.
93 Io non dimenticherò mai i tuoi precetti, perché per essi tu mi hai vivificato.

95 Gli empi mhanno aspettato per farmi perire, ma io considero le tue testimonianze.

97 Oh, quanto amo la tua legge! è la mia meditazione di tutto il giorno.
98 I tuoi comandamenti mi rendon più savio dei miei nemici; perché sono sempre meco.
99 Io ho più intelletto di tutti i miei maestri, perché le tue testimonianze son la mia meditazione.
100 Io ho più intelligenza de vecchi, perché ho osservato i tuoi precetti.
101 Io ho trattenuto i miei piedi da ogni sentiero malvagio, per osservare la tua parola.
102 Io non mi sono distolto dai tuoi giudizi, perché tu mhai ammaestrato.
103 Oh come son dolci le tue parole al mio palato! Son più dolci del miele alla mia bocca.
104 Mediante i tuoi precetti io divento intelligente; perciò odio ogni sentiero di falsità.
105 La tua parola è una lampada al mio piè ed una luce sul mio sentiero.
106 Io ho giurato, e lo manterrò, dosservare i tuoi giusti giudizi.
107 Io sono sommamente afflitto; o Eterno, vivificami secondo la tua parola.
108 Deh, o Eterno, gradisci le offerte volontarie della mia bocca, e insegnami i tuoi giudizi.
109 La vita mia è del continuo in pericolo ma io non dimentico la tua legge.
110 Gli empi mi hanno teso dei lacci, ma io non mi sono sviato dai tuoi precetti.
111 Le tue testimonianze son la mia eredità in perpetuo, perché son la letizia del mio cuore.
112 Io ho inclinato il mio cuore a praticare i tuoi statuti, in perpetuo, sino alla fine.
113 Io odio gli uomini dal cuor doppio, ma amo la tua legge.

115 Dipartitevi da me, o malvagi, ed io osserverò i comandamenti del mio Dio.

120 La mia carne rabbrividisce per lo spavento di te, e io temo i tuoi giudizi.
121 Io ho fatto ciò che è diritto e giusto; non abbandonarmi ai miei oppressori.
122 Da sicurtà per il bene del tuo servitore, e non lasciare che i superbi mopprimano.
123 Gli occhi miei vengon meno, bramando la tua salvezza e la parola della tua giustizia.
124 Opera verso il tuo servitore secondo la tua benignità, e insegnami i tuoi statuti.
125 Io sono tuo servitore; dammi intelletto, perché possa conoscere le tue testimonianze.
126 E tempo che lEterno operi; essi hanno annullato la tua legge.
127 Perciò io amo i tuoi comandamenti più delloro, più delloro finissimo.
128 Perciò ritengo diritti tutti i tuoi precetti, e odio ogni sentiero di menzogna.
129 Le tue testimonianze sono maravigliose; perciò lanima mia le osserva.
130 La dichiarazione delle tue parole illumina; dà intelletto ai semplici.
131 Io ho aperto la bocca e ho sospirato perché ho bramato i tuoi comandamenti.
132 Volgiti a me ed abbi pietà di me, comè giusto che tu faccia a chi ama il tuo nome.
133 Rafferma i miei passi nella tua parola, e non lasciare che alcuna iniquità mi domini.
