7 when they were come to Mysia, they attempted to go to Bithynia; but the spirit did not permit them.

1 Since, then, we have so great a cloud of witnesses placed before us, laying aside every encumbrance, and the sin which easily entangles us, let us run, with perseverance, the race set before us;

31 Whether, then, you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.

5 If any of you be deficient in wisdom, let him ask it of God: who gives to all men liberally, and upbraids not, and it shall be given to him.

16 All scripture, given by divine inspiration, is indeed profitable for doctrine, for conviction, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

1 Now, there were in the congregation that was at Antioch, certain prophets and teachers; particularly, Barnabas, and Simeon, who was called Niger, and Lucius, the Cyrenian, and Manaen, who was educated with Herod, the tetrarch, and Saul.

2 And as they were ministering to the Lord, and fasting, the Holy Spirit said, Separate to me Barnabas and Saul, for the work to which I have called them.

3 And having fasted and prayed, and laid hands on them; they dismissed them.

14 And this is the confidence which we have with him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he hearkens to us.

17 that the man of God may be perfect-completely fitted for every good work.

9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
