3 Lo, children [are] the inheritance of the LORD; the fruit of the womb [is] a reward.
4 As arrows in the hand of a mighty man, so [are] the sons of the young.
5 Blessed [is] the man who has his quiver full of them; they shall not be ashamed, but they shall speak with the enemies in the gate.
9 For what thanks can we render to God again for you, for all the joy [with] which we rejoice for your sakes before our God,
17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness nor shadow of turning.
3 I thank my God upon every remembrance of you,
14 And the women said to Naomi, Blessed [be] the LORD, who has not left you this day without a redeemer, so that his name may be famous in Israel.
15 And he shall be to you as a restorer of life, and one who cheers your old age. For your daughter-in-law who loves you has borne him, she who is better to you than seven sons.
27 For this boy I was praying, and the LORD has given me my petition which I asked of Him.
6 Sons of sons [are] the crown of old men, and the glory of sons [are] their fathers.
16 And out of His fullness we all have received, and grace for grace.
28 Give to the LORD, O kindred of the people, give to the LORD glory and strength.
19 The living, the living, he shall praise You, as I [do] this day; the father shall make Your truth known to the sons.
1 [A Psalm] of David. Bless the LORD, O my soul; and all that is within me, [bless] His holy name.
2 Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits;
4 We will not hide [them] from their sons, showing to the generations to come the praises of the LORD, and His strength, and His wonderful works that He has done.
