39 And when they had come up out of the water, [the] Spirit of [the] Lord caught Philip away, so that the eunuch saw him no more. And he went on his way rejoicing.

33 And I did not know Him, but He who sent me to baptize with water, that One said to me, Upon whom you shall see the Spirit descending, and remaining upon Him, He is the One who baptizes with the Holy Spirit.
33 And I did not know Him, but He who sent me to baptize with water, that One said to me, Upon whom you shall see the Spirit descending, and remaining upon Him, He is the One who baptizes with the Holy Spirit.
2 Let it not be! How shall we who died to sin live any longer in it?
3 Do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into His death?
4 Therefore we were buried with Him by baptism into death, so that as Christ was raised up from [the] dead by the glory of the Father; even so we also should walk in newness of life.
5 For if we have been joined together in the likeness of His death, we shall also be [in the likeness] of His resurrection;
6 knowing this, that our old man is crucified with [Him] in order that the body of sin might be destroyed, that from now on we should not serve sin.
7 For he who died has been justified from sin.
5 not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewal of the Holy Spirit,
5 And hearing, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.
21 which figure now also saves us, baptism; not a putting away of [the] filth of [the] flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God, by [the] resurrection of Jesus Christ;
16 He who believes and is baptized will be saved, but he who does not believe will be condemned.
3 Do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into His death?
