14 How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without preaching?
15 And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written, How beautiful [are] the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace and bring glad tidings of good things!
16 But [they have] not all obeyed the gospel. For Isaiah says, Lord, who has believed our report?
17 Then faith [is] of hearing, and hearing by the Word of God.
4 But He answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of [the] mouth of God.
35 Then Philip opened his mouth and began at the same Scripture and preached the gospel of Jesus to him.
2 preach the Word, be instant in season and out of season, reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long-suffering and doctrine.
30 And Philip ran there to [him] and heard him read the prophet Isaiah, and said, Do you indeed understand what you are reading?
31 And he said, How can I unless some man should guide me? And he asked Philip to come up and sit with him.
32 And the content of the Scripture which he read was this: He was led as a sheep to the slaughter, and like a lamb dumb before his shearer, so He opened not His mouth.
10 For Ezra had prepared his heart to seek the law of the LORD, and to do [it], and to teach statutes and judgments in Israel.
12 For the word of God [is] living and powerful and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to [the] dividing apart of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is [the] power of God unto salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.
17 For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith, as it is written, The just shall live by faith.
6 I marvel that you so soon are being moved away from Him who called you into [the] grace of Christ, to another gospel,
7 which is not another, but some are troubling you, and desiring to pervert the gospel of Christ.
8 But even if we or an angel from Heaven preach a gospel to you beside what we preached to you, let him be accursed.
9 As we said before, and now I say again, If anyone preaches a gospel to you beside what you have received, let him be accursed.
11 And these were more noble than those of Thessalonica, in that [they received] the Word with all readiness of mind and searched the Scriptures daily [to see] if those things [were so].
7 And as you go, proclaim, saying, The kingdom of Heaven is at hand.
22 For the Jews ask for a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom;
23 but we preach Christ crucified, to the Jews a stumbling block, and to the Greeks foolishness.
24 But to them, the called-out ones, both Jews and Greeks, Christ is] the power of God and the wisdom of God.
21 For since, in the wisdom of God, the world [by] wisdom did not know God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save those who believe.
8 And the Word of the LORD came to Zechariah, saying,
18 For I testify together [to] everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this Book: If anyone adds to these things, God will add on him the plagues that have been written in this Book.
19 And if anyone takes away from the words of the Book of this prophecy, God will take away his part out of the Book of Life, and out of the holy city, and [from] the things which have been written in this Book.
8 And the word of the LORD came to him, saying,
16 All Scripture [is] God-breathed, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness,
17 that the man of God may be perfected, thoroughly furnished to every good work.
25 but the Word of the Lord endures forever. And this is the Word preached as gospel to you.
15 [Study] earnestly to present yourself approved to God, a workman that does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of Truth.
2 And according to Paul's custom, he went in to them and reasoned with them out of the Scriptures on three sabbaths,
3 opening and setting forth that Christ must have suffered, and to have risen again from [the] dead; and that this Jesus whom I preach to you is Christ.
4 Then came the Word of the LORD to Isaiah, saying,
4 For whatever things were written before were written for our learning, so that we through patience and comfort of the Scriptures might have hope.
17 Sanctify them through Your truth. Your Word is truth.
10 For as the rain comes down, and the snow from the heavens, and does not return there, but waters the earth, and makes it bring out and bud, and give seed to the sower and bread to the eater;
11 so shall My Word be, which goes out of My mouth; it shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall certainly do what I sent it to do.
9 BETH. With what shall a young man cleanse his way? By taking heed according to Your word.
160 Your word [is] true from the beginning; and every one of Your righteous judgments [endures] forever.
39 You search the Scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal life. And they are the ones witnessing of Me,
19 And the word of the LORD came to Jeremiah, saying,
12 But we have not received the spirit of the world, but the Spirit from God, so that we might know the things that are freely given to us by God.
13 These things we also speak, not in words which man's wisdom teaches, but which the] Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual.
14 But the natural man does not receive the things of [the] Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; neither can he know [them], because they are spiritually discerned.
17 For Christ did not send me to baptize, but to preach the gospel; not in wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of no effect.
1 The Spirit of the Lord Jehovah [is] on Me; because the LORD has anointed Me to preach the Gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to bind up the broken-hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound;
2 to preach the acceptable year of the LORD and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all who mourn;
3 to appoint to those who mourn in Zion, to give to them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the mantle of praise for the spirit of heaviness; so that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that He might be glorified.
35 The heaven and the earth shall pass away, but My words shall not pass away.
15 and that from a babe you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise to salvation through faith in Christ Jesus.
16 All Scripture [is] God-breathed, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness,
17 that the man of God may be perfected, thoroughly furnished to every good work.
1 The Word of the LORD that came to Joel, the son of Pethuel.
18 And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, All authority is given to Me in Heaven and in earth.
19 Therefore go and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
20 teaching them to observe all things, whatever I commanded you. And, behold, I am with you all the days until the end of the world. Amen.
13 Until I come, attend to reading, to exhortation, to teaching.
25 And He said to them, O fools and slow of heart to believe all things that the prophets spoke!
26 Was it not necessary for the Christ to suffer these things and to enter into His glory?
27 And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, He expounded to them in all the Scriptures the things concerning Himself.
5 Every word of God [is] pure; He [is] a shield to those who put their trust in Him.
6 Do not add to His words, lest He reprove you and you be found a liar.
20 knowing this first, that no prophecy of the Scripture came into being of [its] own private interpretation.
21 For prophecy was not borne at any time by [the] will of man, but holy men of God spoke being borne along by the Holy Spirit.
1 The burden of the Word of the LORD to Israel by Malachi.
9 But you [are] a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for possession, so that you might speak of the praises of Him who has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;
15 And think of the long-suffering of our Lord [as] salvation (as our beloved brother Paul also has written to you according to the wisdom given to him
16 as also in all his letters, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which the unlearned and unstable pervert, as also [they do] the rest of the Scriptures, to [their] own destruction).
