5 And He sitting on the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And He said to me, Write, for these words are true and faithful.
50 This [is] my comfort in my affliction; for Your word has given me life.
6 Therefore be humbled under the mighty hand of God, so that He may exalt you in due time,
7 casting all your anxiety onto Him, for He cares for you.
1 I love the LORD because He hears my voice [and] my prayers.
2 Because He has bowed down His ear to me, therefore I will call on [Him] in my days.
4 Blessed [are] they that mourn! For they shall be comforted.
5 For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also abounds by Christ.
17 So that if any one [is] in Christ, [that one is] a new creature; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.
24 For He has not despised nor hated the affliction of the afflicted; and He has not hidden His face from him, but when he cried to Him, He heard.
22 Cast your burden on the LORD, and He will keep you; He will never allow the righteous to waver.
26 But the Comforter, the Holy Spirit whom the Father will send in My name, He shall teach you all things and bring all things to your remembrance, whatever I have said to you.
27 Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
22 And therefore you now have sorrow. But I will see you again, and your heart will rejoice, and no one will take your joy from you.
8 And Jehovah [is] He who goes before you. He will be with you; He will not fail you nor forsake you. Do not fear; nor be dismayed.
16 And I will pray the Father, and He shall give you another Comforter, so that He may be with you forever,
17 the Spirit of Truth, whom the world cannot receive because it does not see Him nor know Him. But you know Him, for He dwells with you and shall be in you.
18 I will not leave you orphans. I will come to you.
5 For His anger [is only] a moment; in His favor [is] life. Weeping may endure for a night, but joy [comes] in the morning.
9 The LORD also will be a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble.
7 The LORD [is] good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; and He knows those who trust in Him.
48 And I will lift up my hands to Your commandments which I have loved; and I will think on Your statutes.
49 ZAYIN. Remember the word to Your servant, on which You have caused me to hope.
50 This [is] my comfort in my affliction; for Your word has given me life.
51 The proud have utterly scorned me; yet I have not turned aside from Your law.
52 I remembered Your judgments of old, O LORD, and have comforted myself.
1 To the Chief Musician. For the sons of Korah. A Song For the Virgins. God [is] our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
4 One [thing] I have desired from the LORD, that I will seek after: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to pray in His temple.
5 For in the time of trouble He shall hide me in His shelter, in the secrecy of His tabernacle He shall hide me; He shall set me up on a rock.
11 For I know the purposes which I am purposing for you, says the LORD; purposes of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.
20 who has shown me great and evil distresses; You will turn [me]; You will make me live. You will turn me from the depths of the earth, You will bring me up.
21 You will increase my greatness and surround [and] comfort me on every side.
8 You number my wandering; O put my tears into Your bottle; [are they] not in Your Book?
