9 Go up for yourself on the high mountain, bringer of good tidings to Zion. Lift up your voice with strength, O you who bring good tidings to Jerusalem; lift up, do not be afraid. Say to the cities of Judah, Behold your God!
4 but as we have been approved by God to be entrusted [with] the gospel, even so we speak, not as pleasing men, but God, who tries our hearts.
9 I have made your forehead as an adamant harder than flint. Do not be bowed down by their faces, though they [are] a rebellious house.
8 But you shall receive power, the Holy Spirit coming upon you. And you shall be witnesses to Me both in Jerusalem and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and to [the] end of the earth.
14 You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden.
15 Nor do men light a lamp and put it under the grain-measure, but on a lampstand. And it gives light to all who are in the house.
16 Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify your Father who is in Heaven.
7 But the LORD said to me, Do not say, I [am] a boy; for you shall go to all that I shall send you, and whatever I command you, you shall speak.
12 having your conduct honest among the nations, in that which they speak against you as evildoers, they may glorify God in a day of [His] visitation, seeing [your] good works.
46 I will speak of Your testimonies also before kings, and will not be ashamed.
19 And pray for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel,
20 for which I am an ambassador in bonds; so that in it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.
38 Therefore whoever shall be ashamed of Me and of My words in this adulterous and sinful generation, the Son of man shall also be ashamed of him when He comes in the glory of His Father with the holy angels.
16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is [the] power of God unto salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.
29 And Peter and the apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men.
13 But seeing the boldness of Peter and John, and perceiving that they were unlearned and uneducated men, they marveled. And they recognized them, that they had been with Jesus.
4 The Lord Jehovah has given Me the tongue of the learned, to know to help the weary [with] a word. He wakens morning by morning, He wakens the ear to hear as the learned.
8 Therefore you should not be ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor [of] me His prisoner. But be partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to [the] power of God,
15 Speak these things, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no one despise you.
25 The fear of man brings a snare, but whoever puts his trust in the LORD shall be safe.
