2 Beloved, now we are children of God, and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be. But we know that when He shall be revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is.
1 To every thing [there is] a season, and a time for every purpose under the heavens:
2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, in order to prove by you what [is] that good and pleasing and perfect will of God.
8 Bring forth therefore fruits worthy of repentance;
31 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but My words shall not pass away.
6 For I [am] the LORD, [I] change not. Because of this you sons of Jacob are not destroyed.
3 First, knowing this, that there will come in [the] last days scoffers walking according to their own lusts
4 and saying, Where is the promise of His coming? For since [the] fathers fell asleep, all things continue as [they were] from the beginning of creation.
5 For this is hidden from them [by their] willing it, that the heavens were of old, and the earth out of the water, and through water, being held together by the word of God,
6 through which the world that then was, being flooded by water, perished.
7 But the present heavens and the earth being kept in store by the same word, are being kept for fire until the day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men.
4 A generation passes away, and a generation comes; but the earth remains forever.
5 The sun also arises, and the sun goes down, and hurries to its place where it arose.
6 The wind goes toward the south, and it turns around to the north; it whirls around continually; and the wind returns on its circuits.
7 All the rivers run into the sea; yet the sea [is] not full; to the place from where the rivers come, there they return again.
19 Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall sprout; shall you not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, rivers in the desert.
8 Jesus Christ the same yesterday and today and forever.
21 who shall change our body of humiliation so that it may be fashioned like His glorious body, according to the working of His power, even to subdue all things to Himself.
3 I tell you, No. But unless you repent, you will all likewise perish.
18 But we all, with [our] face having been unveiled, having beheld the glory of the Lord as in a mirror, are being changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Lord Spirit.
9 That which has been [is] that which shall be; and that which has been done [is] that which shall be done; and [there is] nothing new under the sun.
10 Is there a thing [of] which it may be said, See, this [is] new? It has already been in days of old, which were before us.
17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness nor shadow of turning.
19 Therefore repent and convert so that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from [the] presence of the Lord.
17 So that if any one [is] in Christ, [that one is] a new creature; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.
51 Behold, I speak a mystery to you; we shall not all fall asleep, but we shall all be changed;
52 in a moment, in a glance of an eye, at the last trumpet. For a trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall all be changed.
