17 And you shall be hated by all for My name's sake.
18 But there shall not a hair of your head perish.
19 By your patience you will gain your souls.
17 A horse [is] a vain thing for safety; neither shall he deliver by his great strength.
18 Behold, the eye of the LORD [is] to those who fear Him, on those who hope in His mercy;
19 to deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine.
22 And whatever we ask, we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do those things that are pleasing in His sight.
3 But the Lord is faithful, who shall establish you and guard [you] from the evil.
17 There I will make the horn of David to bud; I have prepared a lamp for My anointed.
18 I will clothe his enemies [with] shame; but his crown shall shine on him.
31 The horse [is] prepared for the day of battle; but safety [is] from the LORD.
8 The LORD will perfect [His work] in me; Your mercy, O LORD, [endures] forever; do not forsake the work of Your own hands.
19 If you are willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land;
20 but if you refuse and rebel, you shall be devoured [with] the sword; for the mouth of the LORD has spoken.
6 Righteousness guards the perfect of way, but wickedness subverts A sin-offering.
2 He only [is] my rock and my salvation; [He is] my tower; I shall not be greatly moved.
3 But You, O LORD, [are] a shield for me; my glory, the One who lifts up my head.
18 And you shall do My statutes, and keep My judgments and do them. And you shall dwell in the land in safety.
9 The LORD also will be a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble.
22 Cast your burden on the LORD, and He will keep you; He will never allow the righteous to waver.
11 For the LORD God [is] a sun and shield; the LORD will give grace and glory; no good [thing] will He withhold from those who walk uprightly.
8 And I have been with you wherever you have walked, and have cut off all your enemies from before you, and have made you a name like the name of the great men in the earth.

7 A thousand shall fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; it shall not come near you.
15 I do not pray for You to take them out of the world, but for You to keep them from the evil.
10 You who love the LORD, hate evil; He keeps the souls of His saints; He delivers them out of the hand of the wicked.
18 We know that everyone who has been born of God does not continue to sin, but the one born of God guards himself, and the evil one does not touch him.

14 The LORD shall fight for you, and you shall be silent.

27 The eternal God [is your] refuge, and underneath [are] the everlasting arms. And He shall throw the enemy out from before you, and shall say, Destroy!

19 But my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

7 Set out Your wonderful loving-kindness, O Savior of those seeking refuge [in You], by Your right hand, from those who rise up against [me].
8 Keep me as the pupil, the daughter of the eye; hide me under the shadow of Your wings,
9 from the face of the wicked who strip me. [Those] against [my] soul, My foes, encircle me.

35 And He said to them, When I sent you without purse and wallet and sandals, did you lack anything? And they said, Nothing.

10 For the love of money is a root of all evils, of which some having lusted after, they were seduced from the faith and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

26 For the LORD shall be your hope, and shall keep your foot from being taken.
9 Because You, O LORD, [are] My refuge; [if] you have made the Most High Your dwelling-place,
10 no evil shall befall You, nor shall any plague come near Your dwelling.
25 I have been young, and am old; yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, or his seed begging bread.
9 He who walks uprightly walks surely; but he who twists his ways shall be known.
7 For the Lord Jehovah will do nothing unless He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets.
12 For wisdom [is] a defense, and money [is] a defense; but the excellency of knowledge [is] that wisdom gives life to those who have it.
1 He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall rest [under] the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of the LORD, my refuge and my fortress; my God; in Him I will trust.
12 A sensible one foresees the evil [and] hides himself, but the simple pass on [and] are punished.
11 If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more shall your Father in Heaven give good things to those who ask Him?
26 In the fear of the LORD [is] strong hope, and His sons shall have a place of refuge.
22 And all things, whatever you shall ask in prayer, believing, you shall receive.
16 But I will sing of Your power; yes, I will sing aloud of Your mercy in the morning; for You have been my strong tower and hiding-place in the day of my trouble.
11 And I will establish My covenant with you. Neither shall all flesh be cut off any more by the waters of a flood. Neither shall there any more be a flood to destroy the earth.
13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
25 For I satisfy the weary soul, and I fill every sorrowful soul.

31 What then shall we say to these things? If God [is] for us, who [can be] against us?
