4 Let marriage be held in honor by all, and the marriage bed be undefiled; for fornicators and adulterers will God judge.
21 I have given her time for repentance; but she is determined not to turn from her immorality.
22 Behold, I will lay her on a sick bed, and bring great distress upon those who have committed adultery with her, unless they turn away from her works.
32 But I tell you that anyone who divorces his wife, except on the ground of unchastity, makes her an adulteress, and whoever marries her when so divorced, commits adultery.
18 "Every man who divorces his wife and marries some one else, commits adultery; and he who marries one who is put away by her husband commits adultery.
11 "Any man who divorces his wife and marries another woman commits adultery against her;
12 and if she divorces her husband and marries another man, she commits adultery."
19 For out of the heart come forth evil thoughts, murder, adultery, unchastity, theft, perjury, slander.
16 This is my meaning. Let your steps be guided by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh.
17 For the desire of the flesh is against that of the Spirit, and the desire of the Spirit is against that of the flesh, for they two are antagonistic, so that you may not do those things that you wish.
4 You adulteresses, do you not know that the friendship of the world is enmity to God? Whoever, then, desires to be a friend of the world, makes himself and enemy of God.
18 Flee from immorality. Every other sin that a man commits lies outside the body, but the immoral man sins against his own body.
19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest; such, for instance, as fornication, impurity, indecency,
20 idol-worship, sorcery, quarrels, party-spirit, jealousy, passionate anger, intrigues, factions, sectarianism,
21 envy, drunkenness, revelings, and things like these. I tell you beforehand, as I have already told you, that those who practise such sins shall not inherit the kingdom of God.
27 "You have heard that it was said, "Thou shalt not commit adultery.
28 But I say to you that whoever looks with lust at a woman has already committed adultery with her in his heart.
4 "Rabbi, this woman has been found in the very act of adultery.
5 "Now Moses, in the Law, has commanded us to stone such creatures. But you, what do you say?"
6 (This they said to tempt him, so that they could bring a charge against him.)
7 But Jesus stooped down, and began to write on the ground with his finger. When they continued to question him, he raised himself and said to them, "Let the innocent man among you be the first to throw the stone at her."
8 Then he stooped down again, and again began to write on the ground.
9 When they heard that, they went out one by one, beginning with the eldest. And Jesus was left behind alone - and the woman in the middle of the court.
10 Then Jesus raised himself up and said to her. "Woman, where are they? Has no man condemn you,"
11 "No one, Sir," she answered. "Neither do I condemned you," said Jesus. "Go, and never sin again."
