12 "This is my command, Love one another as I have loved you.
13 "Greater love has no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
16 By this we learn to know love, because he laid down his life for us; so we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers.
17 But whoever has this worlds goods, and beholds his brother in need, and shuts up his heart against him, how can the love of God continue to abide in him?
18 My children, let us not love in word nor in talk, but in deed and in truth.

11 If God so loved us, beloved, we also ought to love one another.
12 No man has ever gazed on God; but if we love one another, God ever abides in us, and his love is perfected in us.
23 And the Scripture was fulfilled which said, And Abraham believed God, and this was imputed to him as righteousness, and he was called Gods friend.
33 Do not deceive yourselves. Evil companions ruin good morals.
